Also surprised there are still 600000 2006 gm pickups insured in Canada kinda impressive mine went to scrap 6 years ago but it had 450000 k on it and had served it purpose for a vehicle I bought new for 14g

A house down the street ha had retractable bollards installed. They look OK but do they up or lower resale value?

Look we have theft protection or "Ghetto"?

I think no price adjustment for the bollard house. People don't pay for stuff like that. The neighbours prices drop as prospective buyers wonder why the neighbours need them and they aren't on the house you are looking at.

Was it remorse over being a thief or realizing the video and clear pictures would have her hiding under a rock until caught anyway. Stealing the car is one thing. Running over someone takes it up a huge notch.

Kudos for the camera quality and placement.
