I think no price adjustment for the bollard house. People don't pay for stuff like that. The neighbours prices drop as prospective buyers wonder why the neighbours need them and they aren't on the house you are looking at.A house down the street ha had retractable bollards installed. They look OK but do they up or lower resale value?
