Threaten the seller.
You have to prove you are serious so bring a friend and break his knee caps in front of the seller. It will show if you can do that to a friend you will be a force to be reckoned with.
this made me Laugh out loud!

I figure now is the time more than ever to mention while pursuing an alternate ending to my contract cancelation, I had been actively looking for another bike.
Alas; meet my new mean b!tch.
For sure! I'm still a newbie so our skill level is probably... Noticeably and considerably different.

Hopefully you find yourself a good bike and can put all this in the past, Im in Richmond Hill as well so if you ever wanna go riding hit me up.
I have, but I think maybe that might be taking it too far. Then again I might be able to work out a better deal.... Or else.

Oh come on!!! Now you decide to tell everyone this, after 11 pages?
I think this would change a lot and may be grounds to get your money back...
I'm not even sure what to believe anymore though..
.....
I've completely forgot about the one thing that originally had me really irked about this whole contract. The salesman just pointed out the finances and everything and pointed to the signage. He had not got the proper model OR the proper colour which had me really livid in the beginning. He told me "We'll just change it". I told him I want a new contract so there's no ambiguity or discrepancy so I get what I want. He says "It's okay. Don't worry. It'll be okay. We'll just change it"
Anyway. I'm going to post the back of the contract to see if I can get some help here.
The dealership has EVERYTHING to gain by refunding his money. A lot of people don't post on here, but a lot read.
....
To be competely honest with you guys, the only reason I'm even still considering a refund is because one of the other salesman I was talking to in absence of the original mentioned a refund is almost positively ensured, quote "I know you'll get it back. 99.9%"
Guess the 0.01% kicked in.

That leaves 0.09% unaccounted for. Is that for the faint hope clause?
Oops added a zero. Whyd you notice that!

This thread proves that there is no hope in this country.
Everything for a $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Nothing else counts...

Call TDMM about insurance I did and I saved myself $1600 a year..
Haha thanks. She's scary for me haha. Test rode her in - 14 windchills. Pinkies were numb for like 2 days...
No hate on cruisers! My friend let me borrow his 250 Rebel for a season last year. So comfortable but SOL when parts break / fail.
TDMM?
I will be with State Farm most likely. I know my insurance will not be higher than 289
