"It was one of several possible explanations given by a forensic pathologist for the death of Gray, an unarmed 33-year-old who died in 2015 after being handcuffed, hobbled, punched, kneed, kicked, pepper-sprayed and struck with a baton by several Vancouver officers. He was making a delivery for his florist business at the time, and police had been called after he confronted a homeowner for watering her lawn during an extended drought."

Blame the victim for over reacting.

Maybe having the power to cause another person to experience excited delirium should be treated as a weapons charge. If you terrorize a person with a bad heart into having a fatal attack is it the victim's fault?

I wasn't remembering the incident correctly. A quick search shows that it was in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Or what if you just show up at the wrong house to pick up your siblings? ( shot twice ) or maybe just pull into the wrong driveway by accident (shot dead).
"more guns make you safer" When?

When you're the one doing shooting. Shoot first ask questions later doesn't have sufficient consequences in many cases. They can't hurt you if they're dead. It's unfortunate in the many many cases where they was no threat prior to the shooting.

Check how many people in the US die by their own guns. Also, read the link I posted to see what ended up happening to the guy who shot the Japanese exchange student. His life is effectively over.

I know some have life-changing consequences but not all (especially if you're a cop).

I know of a few 70+ yo people that have committed suicide with a gun. One was very law-abiding and a great guy but had struggled with depression for his whole life. Not much can be done about that one. Medical restriction on firearms license could lead to more people avoiding help. The other got in a fight with his wife and ate his gun to end the fight. Not sure what the previous history was there.

One of the top causes of death in the United States is firearms, but there aren't really any good government studies about it. The reason might surprise you.

Firearms (45k/yr)are nowhere near the top 10. Medical errors (200k+/yr) kill 4x more people then firearms in the USA.

If you want a really good one, that's not for the faint of heart, Google "Kentucky Ballistics My 50 Cal Exploded."
Those are pretty awesome shirts. Good to see he has a sense of humour.

I'm not a huge fan of that gun design. I guess it works but relying on threads to hold back that much pressure seems unwise.

Or if you accidentally try to get into a wrong car that looks like yours after cheerleader practice.

He celebrated his full recovery by pressing 400 pounds and then test firing a 4 bore (1" diameter brass) that has a 200 pound kick.

Two cheerleaders and all they could think of is shooting them with a pistol

Strange
The girl had noticed there was someone in the passenger seat and went back to her friend's car. The guy got out of the passenger seat and shot up the car full of cheerleaders. Absolutely insane.

Starting to sound like a bit of a prank and the guy schizoed out.

HEB is a pharmacy. Didn't know that, as I've never been to Texas. They were shot in its parking lot, at 12:15am, which is 15 minutes after it closes. (Checked the signs on the pharmacy via Google Street Views) Five will get you ten that the guy was on Meth. They effectively under-charged him just to get him into custody and "increased or enhanced charges may be filed later."
