Cringe and shutter. I wouldn't grab that with oven mitts.
50 years from now these will be viewed as dark ages.
And the lefties are criticized for making fun of Ford's appearance.
Hypocrites much?
He can run? i thought he rolled into the office
I never get the agenda of those who bust his balls. We elected him for a Mayor, not a friggin model. If good looks were the qualification of Mayor, I would've selected a Calvin Klein model
Rob: Here's just one example.
RockerGuy: Still waiting for an answer to my question "hypocrite much?"
News flash! According to Ford, he is not perfect, but he's the best mayor Toronto has ever had. Hmmm.
Ford apologizes for a couple of incidences of inebriation. Isn't the bigger concern his close association with criminals?
Maybe. Or maybe our troubles will look small and unimportant.
Who the hell knows.

But that's not the point. Things could always be worse. The point is, is Ford's behaviour acceptable for a mayor of Toronto?
No, I think the point is, has he done anything to officially be kicked out of office? No? then everyone please STFU, let the man do the job he was elected for and vote for the "better" (used loosely) candidate next time.
So, you're totally okay with his behaviour? You're okay with a mayor that lies and hangs out with criminals? Boy, you've got lax standards for your elected officials.
It's possible to be extremely disappointed with Ford (not that roadtoruin necessarily is), while still supporting his right to stay in office. They aren't contradictory positions. So, you're totally okay with his behaviour? You're okay with a mayor that lies and hangs out with criminals? However, RTR is wrong on one point; Ford has done something to be officially kicked out, which was to deliberately commit a breach of trust. The fact that a judge deemed him too stupid to be held responsible for his own actions is unfortunate, but that doesn't change the fact that Ford acted illegally.
In this situation, the mayor has a serious health problem and should seek help, and probably a leave of absence, just like someone who had a sever heart attack, for example. The city should support him in his recovery. Of course, he has to admit to having a problem first...!
