80 year old woman fractures hip after being tasered by police

These cops were obviously not trained properly.

The correct protocol was to fire off at least 9 shots each THEN USE THE TAZER.

WTF! FIRE THEM!

lol.. she didn't get shot 9 time and still walks with a limp.

This is why police need to step up their game. Even 80 year old grandmas don't take them seriously. They need to put fear back in to thugz and nut jobs. Teaching the general public a bit of respect would't hurt either. That way, when they say "drop it", people listen and no one gets shot.

Don't know what you did.... I just scrolled down and there it was.

Guess that was a touchdown.

BTW: in football it's a pass, not a pitch. I'm guessing you didn't see a lot of sports from inside your locker with your underwear over your head though.

:)
No touchdown, since he missed the ball on a media conspiracy.

And yeah I hate football therefore the only sensible conclusion is that you're a better man than me. WTG slugger.

Still reeling from the last one hu?

Looks like you made it few hours without having to say "something" though.

That's an improvement. :)

Nice idiot rant bud. If you skip the part about fail to read and all, it's still classic fastard.

so it looks like there were 3 cops ( one who tasered the 80 yr old, 2 witness officers ) the 80yr old lady, and her husband

3 trained cops couldnt take down an 80yr old with a meat cleaver ? thats sad.do the police even bother training people anymore, or do they just tell you to blast away with tasers casue its better to be safe than sorry.

can you imagine what a veteran cop would think of, hearing that cops today cant disarm an 80yr old lol

i wonder if the other 2 cops then jumped on her back screaming " dont resist us, stop resisting " while giving her repeated knees in the back, each one working on different arms.

i cant wait to see some dashboard cam from this episode.

i thought that was standard police procedure :lmao:

So now it seems, there wasnt a meat cleaver, But a bread knife, and she wasnt chasing her husband, cause he died 12 years ago.

it was just an old confused 80 yr old woman with dementia who could only speak Italian, and 3 cops.

seriously.. ? im pretty sure I could easily disarm an 80yr old woman without 2 others backing me up.

I can see it now, cops Tasing 10 yr olds carrying a super soakers

don't expect me to be sticking around from now on when the gang arrives. can't taser an athlete u cant catch through a forest or hoppin fences.

This is why they should tase first, talk after. Minimizes the risk for officers and criminals don't have a chance to run or attack.

officer "why did you run"
runner "i didn't want to get tazed. i figure after i explain myself when things cooled down we could talk things over"
officer "ok where do you want the escort to come get you. u can have your identification back at the station"

My point is, officers should tase before the suspect has a chance to run or attack. People will quickly learn to respect their authority.

+1 Immigrants should get deported if their english is ****** after five years

Long story short, friends husband in Calgary was rear ended on his bike by a little old asian lady in a buick. They had to call a translator in. I guess she understood all the road signs perfectly though. If you're going to come here, learn the language. If not then stay the **** home :thefinger:

Maybe they should get tazered and/or shot, just in case? Whatever is going on with Toronto police is just wrong on so many levels. They should really introduce regular or random drug checks, and regular psychologic evaluations of the "force".

Respect is earned. What you're describing is fear. Hundreds of thousands died so you can exercise your ignorance freely on a public forum. Please try to open your eyes and especially your mind a bit...

I was raised to treat others with respect by default, then withdraw it when someone proves unworthy of it. My, how times have changed.
