Working out! Fitness! Nutrition!

Yeah, the olympic lift thing... I gotta work on the motions for it lol.

I used to mess around with these a few years ago. Cleans, snatches, etc. It's pretty easy to muscle through them up to a certain weight. After that your technique better be pretty damn good, or you'll take one hell of a fall!

way to crush my excitement of setting a one rep max of 95lbs for a push jerk, not sure if that's only some crossfit thing... I can lift a small female above my head!!!! muwahahahahah and then I went rock climbing after, so my hands and arms are dead.

That's an awesome weight for a push jerk! More than I ever could do, and I was crossfitting for quite a while back in the day.

Thanks for the warning, might be longer for me cause I have fibromyalgia. Bring on the pain:)
People like you make me feel bad for "not wanting to do insanity cause of my knee injury"
I suggest you get an absorbing mat, as its quite the high impact workout.

Well I figure I'm always in some sort of pain, and more pain now since I'm not working out regularly. So, why not add more pain to be in less pain more??? I'm sure that makes sense. Thanks, I'll try a mat too.

really? this was only my 6th official class, not including their 12class intro program to get the technique. I guess my giant statures is good for something. Bad thing is my arms are making my suit really tight.

Been working out for a couple years. I'm not big, 5'7 ; 163lbs current. Max bench 225lbs x 10 with the spot just in case. Me in Vegas 2010

So you've "only been working out for two years" but that first pic is two years ago, meaning before you started lifting? I smell BS. It probably took me about 3-4 years of lifting to look like your before pic.

In before "I lifted back then but not as seriously so it doesn't count"

He's gonna take your crown, lol :D

Sorry hater, yes, I've been working out for 3 years or so.
When I was prepping for Vegas it didn't take me that long. I was at the gym 6 days a week. Weights and cardio everyday.
P.S. it's from 2011, not 2010

I'm always jealous of you Amazonians, being only 5'2" myself. I'm always bugging my wife (who is 5'9") to get her *** back to the gym and do something, because I can only imagine how much weight she could lift if she just applied herself a bit.

Calm down brah.....you look good. Was just skeptical about time frame. When I read "couple" I assume 2 but I guess not everyone means it that way.

Seriously, I was not too far from that pic lol
no problem. I should have been more specific
