Why Android is better than iPhone.

This new phone from Sharp is one to consider, if an importer is found:

One of the reasons I chose to use the S3, Is because it have that home button.

Last time I checked, the note didn't work on wind. There is a guy in pac mall that says he can modify it to work, but I have heard it doesn't work real good.

Mobilicity.

I can see it being in the $649.99 price point. Which I'm okay with just sold a bold for $300.
 
With the money I save on my phone plan I've put enough aside that the cost to upgrade is negligible.

Windtab is a good option as well, I'm just not a fan of contract type deals, whatever name you give them.

I have the holiday miracle plan from wind. It's the best plan out there. Mobilicity is decent, but the coverage is horrible where I'm about to move to. I'm a heavy phone user for voice, text and data for work related reasons. I have my parents' phone on mobilicity so I might move it to wind and combine on windtab and take the new phone for myself.

i hear ya. I have the original friends and family plan with mobilicity, and the wife is on the wind irresistible 35. gone are the days of $200+ phone bills.

Yeah, if they can only aggressively expand on infrastructure and keep prices relatively stable it would be awesome

The problem is, as they expand on infrastructure there prices will get in line with the other carriers. I was with wind for 8 months, $29 unlimited talk, text and data, but anytime I am out of a wind zone I can't use data without paying, then add in vmail another $8, and pic messaging another 10 or 15 it's already up around 60 and after December my 1 yr deal is over and I add another 11 to it now its over 70. Winds service seemed great for about 6 months then all of a sudden I would get all these extra charges, I had a hard time keeping service, starting dropping calls a lot, couldn't get on tbe network ect. I gave up went back to Rogers, on a business plan, put my 3 kids on it, and now Rogers can't do enough to keep me happy. I would say on total all credits, pre paid MasterCard I got would equal to about 1300 plus got 3 phones for free.

Whats going on??? There stock was supposed to break the $1000 barrier with the launch of the iPhone5. Apple is now down 11.5% from its recent high.

Does anyone in this thread know what's going on with that new LG Nexus phone that's supposedly going to be announced at the end of the month?

I have a hankering to get the S3 right now but if they got some new hardware coming out I might just wait.
