who's still riding? (in toronto)

went out for 10 mins on the 300...hands went so numb that I couldn't disengage clutch...need to invest in some gloves...

I could not believe how cold my hands got! Considering ,I used to curse my gloves cause they used to get super hot in summer...

That is when we start doing the full hand clutching lol

Daym, your hands froze in 10 mins? Thats pretty quick considering it was above 0 today lol - I would invest in some heated gloves or at least double layer what you're wearing.

I made the mistake of going out in single layers and no heated gear this morning for breakfast when it was 0 degrees this morning and my hands just got cold after 30mins at around 100km/h.

Then again, I got used to cold weather riding..

Bark busters on the SMC were great protection from wind... construction pylons, mirrors, bark :)

Wish I could install them on the F2.

Just got back from a good hour ride. Beautiful out but hands and toes get cold fast! Can't wait for my heated gloves to come in an now need to invest in some good cold weather boots!

Wish I could install bark busters on the 250 that would def help with the wind!

Anyone has recs for good non-heated winter gloves?

My riding is mainly around the city so my rides tend to be short but goddamn, my hands freeze up quickly.

I bought some Held silk liners to go under my summer gloves but those are crap in this current temperature.

Rode for several hours around the city. Thank God for my exposed engine, no need for heated gear. Took forever to get back home, effin' downtown traffic.

(I hope I don't get banned for saying effin'. Is effin' okay?)

6 hour Ganny ride today. Still toasty when wearing the right gear and hand warmers cranked on full...

Rode for a couple hours downtown and a couple 4xx series, nice ride but hands got frostbite a few times.

Had to stop and place them on the engine to warm them up and continue riding. Day was beautiful, despite the cold.

Be a bit warmer for the next couple days, but watch out tomorrow morning. All the puddles are freezing up as we speak.

Need a seat ice scraper
