I'd take a sack full of claymores and hand grenades and sit on high ground.
unless your're a well trained soldier, you are more likely to blow yourself up with these explosive. lol

That's why Claymores have a stamp on them saying, "Front towards enemy"?
**SPOILER ALERT**
So some of you are right. They do change into zombies after they die. And Shane finally died, didn't know it would've end like that.
That'll put a new spin on it all. I imagine they will now be afraid of anyone who gets sick now.
And I am HAPPY that bastard was dead but they lose another man on a gun and by that one zombie clip they have some old friends dropping by for a bite.
On the upside their chances of dying by 'friendly fire' just dropped by 80% and he trained Suicide Blonde into a killing machine, before kicking off.
AND the boy..... he trained Carl too!
You have a good point.
But now they know they can die by friendly bite. Lets hope they are smart and anyone who dies gets an automatic cap in the head.
They still haven't seemed to figure out the shot to the head thing, since they just pepper the walkers with bullets. One of those cars must be stuffed to the roof with ammo.
They should just head to the nearest Best Buy and pick up a copy of every zombie movie ever made.
Its based in the US. Didnt you know that if you are american and you get into trouble bullets magically fill the magazines or appear. You look in your bag and you still have a full clip + 1 for every person with you.
As for zombie movie. It seems that in every zombie movie, its as if any inkling about zombies doesnt exist, no horror movies about them nothing. Most of the time they arent even refered to as zombies. Its either 'the infected' or 'walkers' etc. Depends on how the discovery of them comes about.
Guess I'm more of a realist since westerns with 16 shooters and automatic weapons that don't drop casing bug the crap out of me. I would have been out of .44 hollow point by show #3, .44 PSP by show #5, and .22 by show #8. And that's assuming head shots. Good thing I've got a bow.
Id be stocking up on anything that doesnt have limited uses such as axes and bows. Dont get me wrong I would grab guns and bullets but I would want option 2,3,4.........
Do you think if Robocop took a zombie bite to his face he would turn? Or would his cyborg bits prevent that?

I must admit he seems to instil a bit of logic into the group. Like they should've killed that kid a long time ago, especially when he was shooting at them. Could've save them so much work and gamble in the long run.
@ suicide blonde
That "logic" is the slow slide from civilization and sanity, to callousness and insanity. If you have to live as an animal, then you might as well be zombie chow and get it over with. Of course I hear that's exactly where the comic has gone, anyway.
Hit it? Shane did.

I've been wondering if a .22lr could punch through a zombie skull. that'd be covenient.. I just picked up a brick of 500 for $20. That'd be a lot of dead walkers
On a different note.. I dont really know why it matters if they turn when dead, regardless of being bitten or not. The only way people seem to die is by walker.. and if for some reason they die another way, just shoot 'em in the head. Am I missing something?
