victim of Road Rage, hit and run by a coworker, how should I handle this?

i agree with others. . .

you must be leaving out some details, because it's really difficult to understand why, at this point, you haven't contacted the police.

at the end of the day, even if they do nothing satisfactory to remedy your situation, you at least have reported the incident/"accident" to the police, which you are well within your rights to do.

man like everyone else said report it to the police so they have a record of it.

Doesn't matter if it's a he said she said situation or because it looked like you rear ended the car just report it.

Explain to the police everything you explained to us in the first post. The police may not do anything as there isn't any witnesses
but at least you got the incident on file so if anything further were to happen to you or your bike than you'd have a better chance
of nailing this guy on charges.

If you don't report it than the police will ask how come you didn't report the first incident?

Also your workplace will take this matter more seriously with the police involved.

Op , man, you are a natural born victim.

Absolutely pathetic what you allow others to do to you, grow some brains first and then grow a set of balls will you?

You can't live your life with, it is was it is kinda attitude!! It is what you make it!!!! Not what your H.R dept makes it!! As others have said GROW A PAIR!!!

For the nth time, the perpetrators drove off. There is no upside to me calling the police at this time. I don't want this on my driving record or apart of the info declared when I get insurance quotes. If it were not for my employer I would not know these guys. These guys used company property to harass me over stated incidents and used company time to plot their actions. This is a company issue. I have forwarded the matter to HR and to the fire chief. On monday I will be driving my 4500 lb all wheel drive car. These jerkoffs can go ahead and try something, my car will eat them for lunch. On monday I will be getting out of my car on company property upon which time we will see how this matter is resolved. The company is required by law to do something if they won't this becomes a MOL issue to redress.

Those guys basically attempted murder, thats not road rage, accident or workplace beef, thats attempted murder, plain and simple. If somebody tried to kill me and failed, I know EXACTLY what I would do if I knew who they were.

Okay guys, we've been trolled. In before thread is locked.

Let us know how it turns out. Good luck with your employer. Bet they don't give a crap.

OP. Why do you keep talking about insurance? They ask you about AT FAULT accidents, not ALL accidents. I was kissed by a semi on the 401 in my car, went to the collision reporting center. My insurance called me the next day to ask about the incident and if I wanted to file a claim. I told them that I did not want to file anything at all and that I would take care of the damages myself. They said ok, have a nice day. I have never had any issue with it since.

Guy #1 put out some tasty bait and you took it deep.

You know the truth (if this is true, given it's one sided) but that doesn't mean anyone else does.

Just remember the entire forum told you to call the cops but you wouldn't because it wasn't on works dime.

LOL

You said you better make sure I'm down to the guy. He hit you and your not down. Now I'm only going to tell gtam.com, but not the police or HR or anyone of importance. Your co worker is actually doing you a favor. He is pushing your buttons and making you look at yourself on a deeper level. Is it ok for some ******* to taunt me and hit me with his car? Will I do nothing and show him that he can do it again? Now he can go into work and tell everyone that you are a literal push over and you won't be able to say or do anything. The time to act has come and you have not acted...you typed.

Buy him dinner and film him having sex with your girlfriend while you stroke his hair.

Not sure if op is troll or really really lazy. Props for keeping your cool, cause I would have lost my ****! But at the end of the day I'm pretty sure you're gonna get screwed over by your precious HR. you have absolutely no proof, but guy 1 and 2 do (fake proof).

When you get screwed over please let gtam know so we can say "I told you so"

Unless this is a troll, in that case mission accomplished
