As someone who was nearly a victim of this ******** a few years back, I sincerely hope some sort of bodily harm comes to this poor excuse for a human beeing.

The courts are flooded with these ******** cases, there is no negative repercussion to these scams as it aparently isn't worth the insurance companies time to pursue counter claims for insurance fraud, and there is no consequence for losing. Something is wrong when you see so many of these "hurt in a car? call us you wont have to work at Tim Horton's anymore!" TV and billboard adds.

The thing to remember in a situation like this, always call the cops never take the "private deal" or any of that crap, call the cops they will most likely tell you they don't need to come but insist on it say there's over $1000 in damage and while you are waiting get a bystanders witness statement.

i looked up that guys address, omg, i drive past his house practically 2-3 times a week...that little turd is 10 mins from me...maybe i should stop by from time to time, and if he's outside, roll down window and point my DSLR and snap a few pics, and when he approaches, just drive off...lol...look me up in the obits' if i don't comment on here after a while...

If you drive a POS car and his car is in the driveway or on the street with the front end exposed.. back into it, then bang on his door and demand $500 to fix your bumper.

Once the idea of this scam starts to sink in and you accept the reality of it, you can play the scenario out in your mind a few times so that if ever this kind of human scum ever plays that tractic on you, you'll be cool calm and collected and just let them dig themselves into a massive hole of fraud.

oh i would have a far far more sinister plan than this...besides, fraught with holes your idea is...one would have to be quite careful dealing with this slickster...i prefer to play with my victims...

i noticed that, his brake lights don't come on...operating an unsafe vehicle on the roadways...hmmmm...he must have some kill switch of sorts to switch them off when required and then back on to show that they work...probably targeted the subaru as a likely candidate...i'm sure mr subaru knows where this smuck lives and shall find an opportune time to visit said residence...
 
Lol, his Fb profile was taken down...lil twerp may have learned his lesson.

And he's lucky this wasn't a Reddit or 4chan member: they'd have tracked him down there faster than they did on redflag, and punished him far more severely than just posting his pics and address (think phone numbers, contact/family names, etc. - those guys don't ****** around).

I applaud internet vigilantes when applied under these circumstances.

So is anyone interested in having a group buy for a dash blackbox? I've been wanting to get one way before this video, now more of a reason... They go for about $200-300 on ebay.

Edit: I found this interesting one thats under $200.
