The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

A+ for the biker for kicking the car :)

Sadly, he'd probably get charged with threatening or assault long before the inattentive ****** got charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

from the video on youtube apparently they just exchanged information to settle outside of insurance. Just wait until Biker gets the bill and shows to driver.. high chance driver thinks this is "only a couple hundred" at most. where in reality it will cost a lot more then the rider will have issues. :-(

He might be riding with one of those $300 pink slips...

from the looks of it, the driver would be at fault, so even if the rider has basic insurance, the claim should be from the driver's insurance company.. anyway, not for me to worry about.

One thing to keep in mind: If the driver of the car takes the rider's kicking of the car as a threat, something that simple can result in an assault charge. It's whether or not the other person feels a credible threat to their safety, not whether the person doing the kicking intended it as a threat, that is the deciding factor in such a charge.

Not getting the comments in this one at all.

Tow truck turned way ahead. Video guy obviously had room to change lanes, and lots of time to pass, but instead choose to sit in the tow truck's blindspot. Didn't watch any further. Seems to be a bit of a stretch.

It's an issue that I've had as well; you start to pass someone and they accelerate to keep you in their mirrors, or blind spot. I usually give up on the pass and drop behind them, but not everyone does that.

Again with the blindspot. Never ever drive/ride beside the back of a truck. Not only because some use retreads that can blow and ruin your life.

QEW @Guelph Line. Cute how upset he was with the lady deciding to stop over ramming into the car in front; classy dude.

Drove outside of downtown Brampton for probably the second time in my life and I don't know how you guys do it.

Three trailers blocking the middle left and right lanes going the same speed

One trailer missing ALL of his brake lights

Just an overall **** fest of **** drivers. Much worse than Vaughan.
