Sadly, he'd probably get charged with threatening or assault long before the inattentive ****** got charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

After talking to insurance, and showing them my video they agreed to cover all of the costs. To repaint the damaged areas and swap windshield in my BMW... The bill will be $6,000 + ......
I encourage everyone to get dashcams for their vehicles... When an incident happens, you can't argue with video evidence.
Drive safe everyone.

A few HTA 172 moves on that one.
I am sure the police will find it very helpful that the driver hopped out to allow them to get a good look at her.

Strange she didn't kick the bike in frustration.

Nah.. The police have better things to do than deal with two children. "Ran me off the road." LOL. I didn't see any off-roading in this clip. I also see the white Jetta with her indicator, and for how long before the clip starts we have no idea. She repeatedly mentions how she had her indicator on... so... LIKELY, Mister Dash-cam refused to let her in, BUT since she was indicating and she changed lanes, she can't be faulted it he gets 'cut off.' No accident, and a suitable F*-you for not letting her in during busy traffic.
Next up, Mr. Dash-cam can't possibly let it go, so he starts hunting her down, matching lane changes, etc... In fact, at 1:13 changing lanes proved pointless, cause the lane they were in was moving ahead better.
I was left wondering if the road rage was the car being followed or the one following, myself. Sure she cut them off good, and almost caused an accident, but why tailgate and follow someone like that. Seems to have messed up any evidence that could be used against her, unless they don't mind being charged too.
I was with the tail driver in the beginning. She got caught in the slow lane, and didn't have room to make a safe lane change, but did anyways. You can see later that she actually wanted to be in the right lane. But once he started following her . . . he was making lane changes that would be as dangerous if not more so. People like that, you don't want to be riding their tail. Drive your own drive.I was with the lead driver in the beginning, since the driver of the camera car seemingly accelerated to block her. After that she moved several times to block the trailing vehicle and brake checked him several times. Those are just idiot moves and, as I said, in violation of HTA 172.
HA! I guess that only part missing is where the female driver gets out of her car and starts kicking the motorcycle, and throwing piece of it all over the highway in anger. 'Cause, you know that rider is a piece of ****, inattentive moron.
