nope, those 300s are actually a lot more than i thought they would be. kahuna has been selling them with a few of their warranties and stuff like that for 8-9k on the road plus the interest.
te bike starts at $5799.. the one pictured is "special edition"different sticker kit... add about $500. then $300 PDI, then their $800 warranty and $500 gps theft insurance feature. thats $8925.87 on the road before insurance and plates.
im not a fan of dealers that pray on new riders like that....extended warranty is not needed on these, neither is a overpriced gps system..they tell the customer the dealership will replace the bie if its stolen and not recovered...
no i dont have a ninja 300.

Place in Ottawa wants about $9k for a 2009 Aprilia RS125 on the road. Doesn't include any taxes or extra fees. Just bike and lighting kit.

10 commandments of Selling a bike:

1. Thou shalt not assume thy crappe taste in bling paint is universal.
2. Thou shalt not ever admit a bike was dropped..even with scraped side panels and bars. It felleth over in ye driveway.
3. Thou shalt not expect to recover any money in aftermarket parts.
4. Thou shalt write "firm" to never sell a bike at that price.
5. Thou shall declare any 1200 SS "cheape on insurance".
6. Thou shall declare the bike in perfect condition (except needs new tires, pads, battery and a carb cleaning).
7. If ye cannot start thy POS...just say it needs a new battery, or a $4 switch.
8. Selleth ye bike if ye have "no time to ride".
9. Crappe Bikes no one ever bought are now declareth "rare!"
10. If ye shall crash...rattle can flat black and declareth "custom stealth paint".

^^msrp is 5399 on the regular 300 and 55 on the non abs se. The one I pictured is the abs se version. Personally I have a list and on it are newmarket and kahuna under the title of wouldn't buy a tricycle from :dontknow:
