Sadly Woodbridge is pretty white. Mixed communities are a great idea, monocultures a terrible idea, but humans naturally group themselves. When I lived in Woodbridge (10 years ago?), the entire subdivision was white (and mostly Italian).

It looks like it's in pretty good shape, but I think $4500 is still way too much. If the dual range transmission was that popular, it would have lasted longer than a couple of years.
