The Dark Knight Rises was worth going to the theatre.

I'm a big fan of the new AVX theatres. Bigger seats, bigger screen, better sound, and they have numbered Seats! i'll pay the extra $2.

Another endorsement for the King's Speech. Also watched A Dangerous Method and quiet enjoyed it.

21 Jump Street is what it is. Taking a decades old tv series as a basis for a movie with half the budget going to salaries for a 2 minute cameo of it's former stars. In other words, junk.

I spotted the evil villan in Dark Knight right off the hop and disappointed [.............removed spoiler.............] but, it's a good movie none the less. Sorry to spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet.

If they had slipped Greco into that scene too, then that 5 minutes might just have made the rest of that crap worth it.

You should edit your batman spoiler, because it ruined it for me now, and you gonna upset a few others.

Thanks yo.

I had a seat # and were stuck with someone smelling so bad, I smelled him 20ft away.
I had to go thru the whole process of returning the ticket and purchasing it again to get another seat.

I haven't watch the movie yet, but looks a bit like Gary Oldman.
Makes a good villain

It already has ruined it for me.... what a *********. Seriously, there a lot of people who might not have watched the movie yet and you being the idiot you are on purpose say the most important part of the movie out loud on purpose and say sorry about it... that's kind of like punching someone in the nuts and saying sorry if that hurt.

You did it on purpose with no regard for others. Hope are happy *******.

Taken is a excellent movie....Taken 2 looks just as cool...from seing the trailer and a review from someone who has seen it. How is the Bourne Legacy? The Matt Damon movies were very good. Looking forward to Skyfall 007 flick.

Watched the Bourne Legacy. I think Renner does a great job. I've liked him ever since his performance in The Hurt Locker. I think they're trying to make the Bourne movies into the modern James Bond franchise.
I'd watch it in the theater again, worth the $10.

I saw 2 movies last week, both very good.

First one Bully - showed me how much high school has changed since I went. It is a very emotional movie but well worth the watch. The second was The Most Exotic Merigold Hotel. A bit whimsical, had some hilarious scenes and also some realisations of life as a retired person with no income. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Renner was good, he's a solid actor. It does look like they are trying to keep the franchise going which is cool with me because I am a big fan of the Bourne flicks but there were some things about the movie I didn't really like. I couldn't help but feel that they overdid trying to make you, the audience feel like "oh yeah, this is still a Bourne movie even though Matt Damon isn't in it". It was almost like they were doing damage control in the actual movie because its called Bourne Legacy without the actual Bourne character. Like they had to throw in so many bits and pieces and references to justify calling it "Bourne Legacy" when ultimately the movie can stand on its own legs. It wasn't bad at all but just a little weird. Its almost kind of like watching a movie called "Batman: The Dark Knight Forever" without Batman and where Robin is the main star. Its a good movie but it would of probably been better if it stood alone on its own instead of putting in so much effort to try and intertwine it so much with the previous movies.

Yea, I get what you're trying to say. I guess they wanted to keep that whole 'spy' and 'secret agency' continuum from the previous movies, going forward.

My personal take, but I would say Bourne Legacy has to be one of the weaker movies.
Could've been better. The story was just falling flat in the middle.

But that random shooting spree in the lab sent a chill in my spine

Know what you mean Toshison.
I've watched 2 tv series that aren't exactly movies but should be seen because they excellent.
Bought the blurays
Spartacus..Blood and Sand and Gods of the arena.
Hatfields and McCoys.

He did a good job in "The Town"
Good movie too

I watched the expendables2 today. Was garbage. Had a good laugh with the boys throughout the loop-holed filed story. Would be a fun home watch, not worth theatre money imo.

Another movie with Renner, The Avengers. Absolutely amazing. Was expecting it to be cheesy and terrible, but they totally knocked it out of the park. Even the CGI which I normally despise was ok

It kind of is but it's very well done. It's the polar opposite of the dark knight rises in that it's quite a bit more surrealistic....and colourful. Watching all of those characters together on screen at the same time made me very giddy, though. The only thing I didn't like was Captain America's costume. Something about it was just off.
