Recent movies you saw - recommend or no

Mission Impossible - Good pop corn movie. Mindless fun.

Sherlock Holmes - Game of Shadows - Pretty good as well. A bit long but, I'd argue it's just as good as the first one. Guy Ritchie does have a style I quite enjoy.

Rented - Fast Five - Long in the tooth. Couldn't get past Vinnie's double chin. Kill the franchise please.

13 - B movie gamble. And won. Had no expectations and found it to be interesting. Mickie Rourke, Jason Stratham, 50 cent and a few other familar faces.

I saw the first one and it was ok, heard the second one sucked, however this one takes the cake man. I was obligated to go, I don't like horror movies

To be honest I hear all the ads on the radio and I keep laughing at their stupid ads. Same ****** horror. Reduntant and play the creepy music to scare u. The only people who make good horror is a nice book from Stephen King. I love his horrors, both book and movie. Keeps me thinking in the end.
 
Killer Elite - typical Statham action flick

A lonely Place to Die - good action/suspense film.
 
Fright Night (2011) - Was expecting the same cheese as the original (sometimes good cheese is good) but spent the better part of the movie climbing the wall. Every fear I had as a kid was in that movie.

Enough of the Twi-hard Vampire crap, this is what a real vampire is supposed to be. Collin Farrell will make me curl in a ball and cry if I see him on the street.

X-Men First Class - Ultimate let down to one of my favorite series. Let's just stick to Hugh in tight leathers from now on please.
 
Sinners & Saints - A solid 90's style action. Not much of a plot, the acting isn't stellar, but it's more than adequate for the genre. A bit of cheesy CGI in torture scenes, but all in all solid action. If you're into that, you won't regret watching this one once or twice. One thing that irks me: Look at the name of the first pub in the movie.. Was it cheap or was it cheap to exploit SPF's previous involvement in a real masterpiece?
 
"A good old fashioned Orgy" with Jason Sudekis ( whatever) ..

Actually pretty funny movie overall, but than again if you have a stick in your *** .. you wont like this movie.

OT but i find stephen kings horror a little dry, probably because he spends a page talking about the tread on some one's boots one's too bored to be scared.

For my rebuttal, I'd say his characters are well "fleshed"

Killer Elite - All in all, not a bad action thriller, but Jason and Clive are beginning to show their age

What's Your Number? - Don't normally watch these types of movies or even like them but I loved this. The end was typical, you could see it coming however there were quite a few good laughs. A nearly naked Chris Evans didn't hurt either.

Finally watched this movie. WELL DONE!!

Haven't seen such a movie in a while. Kept me talking and asking questions in the end. The action was good and accurate too. No hollywood bull.

Solid story line from start to finish, highly recommended
