In this still taken from the video you can clearly see he has forced
the Range Rover over so as to occupy the same lane. As he rides along side the
drivers window he is looking inside the vehicle. Did he think his friends where
in the SUV???



He claims you can not see his brake light come on but then you don't see a
clearly visible licence plate either!
 
That still pic doesn't tell you a thing. Based on just that pic alone... One could easily claim that the SUV forced it's way into the bikes and what your seing in the pic is the bikes being pushed from their original lane positions. I don't think that's what happened, but..... Either way, your pic alone is useless as evidence of anyhting.

You don't KNOW anything about the incident... you are only making conclusions based on what you've seen or heard.

But the video clearly shows the SUV driving in the centre lane and cruz looking into the window and then pulling into its lane and cutting it off all while looking at the SUV, not for his friends.

Only posting to his posting of that pic.... I am by no means trying to claim that Cruz did not purposely try to slow that SUV. I just can't agree that the pic shows evidence of anything and that it can be interpeted in different ways.

Beating a man to an inch of his life in front of his family and then attempting to do the same to his wife while a 2 year old is in the car is not just hooliganism its attempted murder. These dogs should be put down or hung from lamp posts.

Well let's see if they can prove the SUV did that. Somebody must have video.
There is more video of this to come or to be used for legal case to sue people.
This is the USA the ppl with the video wants to get paid too and they know that.

*Not having a license plate is really silly, if he had one would it have made a difference.
Did you know that at the time of watching the video that it did not fall off...not like that does not happen.

I have maintained all along that something occurred prior to where the
video starts. It was clear to me that the bikers were already chasing down the
SUV. By accusing Lien of hitting several motorcycles prior to where the
the video begins this lawyer has successfully discredited Cruz's statements. He
obviously wasn't just changing lanes and looking for his buddies with no
intention of stopping the SUV.

I greatly dislike this part of the justice system but the lawyer is
correct. Just like the burglar who gets injured while breaking into a house,
sues the home owner and wins a huge settlement. Justice truly can be blind and the law can be an ***.

ask Yourself what you would do if You just witness your friend/best friend/ girlfriend get run over by a car/suv and then the driver takes off ??? my answers would be simple... my 2 cents
 
Ummmm like a human being I would have stopped and tended to my friend, phoned 911, something to aid. Not chase a guy down a highway and almost kill him and threaten to beat up his wife too. There's no spin on this that's going to make the bad guys look good. These losers on the bikes are totally to blame.

Oh wait... none of my friends/girl friend would have been there unlicensed or uninsured in the first place. I don't associate with people like that.
