I want to see what becomes the the FOUR Cops that were present on the ride and did not stop it.
I would like to know when the first call to 911 occurred and how much time and distance passed relative to where the responding Cops were.

I've looked and I don't think any contact was made with the brake checking bike, as he keeps riding afterwards, but the car stops. They approached from the rear surrounded all sides of the car and forced it to stop. In my opinion he was centred out for some reason as you can see the white van was allowed to pass. If you're stopped and people start slashing your tires and trying to open your car, are you going to roll down the window and wave them on by?
 
D wouldnt be in the SUV, he'd be on one of those bikes with his thug homies scaring a poor family to death...

I need to appologize, this D person has been watching the wrong video the whole time and I was just being an a88.

Give your head a shake D, this is not about bikes or a 3000 lb vehicles or weapons. It about cowards in full face helmets with no licenses picking on a family and putting them in a position no one should be put in.

But you know that, you re just so experienced you could talk these guys down after they attacked you sitting in your car with our hazards on. Yep...puppy dogs and rainbows for D!

Are you a dunce?

If someone is too stupid to see that getting into a pack of motorcycles has a high risk factor of a fender bender much less a serious incident then duh THEY put themselves into that problem. If I am driving and a pack of bikes was approaching from behind I would move to the right and/or stop on the shoulder or exit and let them go by because I KNOW that the PROBABLE POTENTIAL is a large enough RISK that I would AVOID, no matter what it would not be favorable for me.

If I am driving and I came across a bunch of guys with HA jackets or even a pack of Harley looking types then guess what -D- would not do...get into it with them. I would avoid the problem. If a group of 18 wheelers are on the road and you enter the on ramp and you look back to see nothing but 18 wheelers as far as your eyes can see behind and in front, are you really that stupid to inject your little 400lb motorcycle amongst them.

There is a saying, you can be right and be dead and still right. I always remember this old guy telling me that when dealing with road rules/laws when encountering a car driver not following the road rules.

Where were the Police?
Where were the FOUR Cops that were amongst the bikers?

Some of you are real tards, you hate it when guilt by association is levied at you but here you are doing the same things to those other bikers. If JohnyP the resident stunter and his crew was just riding along with these guys or was enveloped by the pack of riders and JohnyP was plowed over by the SUV driver...are you going to blame JohnyP for being there.

The SUV had a choice BEFORE be PLOWED them down, he could have just pushed through them at 10MPH.

Where was the Police?

What if one of the thugs pulled a gun on the guy and his family and that's what prompted him to floor it? Surely the threat of grievous harm to oneself and family is justification for his actions...

What if the suv was already traveling down the road and became swarmed by them? It again comes down to the fact that 1, 10, 100 bikes doesn't constitute owning the road. They clearly had bikes on each side of the suv and could have all easily gone around him. The meathead who brake checked him started it. Once his vehicle was stopped and being hit, tires slashed etc with his family in his car he did what he had to do to get out of there. One, the moron in front shouldn't have stopped his bike there. Two, with as many of them as it appears with no plates, no licenses etc in the video, they shouldn't have been there in the first place. I agree perhaps the guy didn't have to rug the suv and they would have got out of the way but then again they may not have. Half of the homeboys had no right to be there in the first place. If they payed attention to the law then this may have not happened at all.

First the story went there was one cop. Now four? I'd like to know as well why they did nothing and if there was indeed more than one there? How would cops be riding along with people on quads and dirt bikes, ss bikes with no plates and even allow any of it to take place? :dontknow:

AND the Cops did not protect the SUV occupants nor did they step in to stop the beating.
So what gives...lawsuits all the way around.
This will be fun but likely swept under the rug.

Is there more than one confirmed media report that there were four cops? Were they undercover or something? I don't get it
 
I see the tough guy with the helmet who smashed in the window is a real stand up citizen. This picture was taken in court just before appearing in front of the judge. 37 years old..... what a waste of skin

Once they trapped the vehicle, the thugs even tried to grab Lien’s wife, who was inside with the couple’s 2-year-old, a witness who’s being hailed as a good Samaritan said Sunday.
“We saw one of them opening the door of the passenger’s side and trying to force the lady out of the car,” said Sergio Consuegra, 52, who jumped between the dad and the bikers.

Police also released a photograph of a new unnamed suspect Sunday night. The biker had a flag sticker of "Guyana" on the rear of the motorcycle, cops said.
Christopher Cruz, 28, who police say sparked the chaotic confrontation by cutting off Lien’s Range Rover and stopping short, was charged last week in the assault and is out on bail. He was also driving without a license.​

How do you know he is not related or is a very good friend of the guy that got plowed by the SUV?
