Range Rover runs over several bikers

If anyone where to brake check me I'd wouldn't even bother to touch the brakes. I'd stop afterwards and look at the damage and probably call 911. However I'd leave your broken up body in the middle of the road and I wont even ask if you need help. btw my dash will show a brake check from you and last time I checked it would be your fault and the officer will ticket/charge you at the hospital.

I see you missed the part about me saying safely move over to the right or left and it would be implied for safely to move over.
Put the window down and also wave them by with your hand so they know you see them and they would see that you are moving out of the way.

I see you guys are taking the negative position for the bikers yet none of you have tried to offer a position as to why the POLICE that were THERE amongst the bikers did not do anything. Why?:cool:

the simplified version

You are riding along e.g. Yonge Street, and like other times one, two or a few bikes are right behind you at a red light or just behind you. Now what you don't know is a car clipped a bike behind you, their buddy sees it or the rider kicks the car or hits the car's side mirror. The car driver feeling scared now because they are outnumbered by bikers decides to hammer the gas and you are in the path of said car. You are now crushed by that car. The Police and general public along with the car driver says you were with that gang of bikers and were afraid of YOU.

Do you now see the danger to ALL bikers of this mindset that is being presented to the public?

This case would/could set precedent for others to use as a legal defense.

According to your logic the SUV driver should've anticipated trouble and pulled over beforehand to avoid it. Following the same logic the newbs and guys with their girlfriends should anticipate the same thing and stay away.
 
The cops were undercover narcs. Weird how an event for upstanding bikers going on an innocent group ride would attract undercover cops.... Those poor innocent bikers.

Let's go one further
Lien got a beating but he will recover and walk again the other guy is never going to walk again.
So who should get the stiffer penalty based on actual damages. The guys that got crushed and is now paralyzed did not interact with the SUV and he did not take part in the beating of the SUV driver...because he was already crushed. So to me, he little to nothing to do with it (may not have even been aware of what happened) yet he is now paralyzed for life.

Be careful of the mindset and legal precedent you may create.
 
I would be surprised if Lien gets away with no charges.... If he is found innocent of all wrong-doing in a civil suit case, I would be downright shocked.

If this happened in Toronto, do you guys think Lien would be charged? Charged, mind you, not necessarily prosecuted. I sure as hell do.
 
It did happen in Toronto. Michael Bryant ran over and killed a cyclist because he felt threatened by him.

Traffic offences, sure. I doubt the Crown would stick him with criminal charges, they hate bikes. In civil court, I don't see him getting away from anything less than a 5 figure settlement. Per person.

You just did the same, but I will play troll. You are naive if you think you would be so cool with 20 to 30 bikes swarming you on a highway where the speeed limit is 55 and they are at best doing 25... Watch the video! And there were 100 plus right beind you.

Would you talk your way out of the hit from the break check. They had no license plates...they were out to cause trouble and he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

With your planned action of pulling over sounds great but watch the video...what happened when he pulled over. Yep...now what...lmao...you have No clue.

Stop with you so called logic, I wish it was that simple but reality is just not so rainbows and puppy dogs young man.
