Ontario should make winter tires mandatory.

I blame the combo of DRL's with well lit dashboards. Some just have no idea they aren't running full lights.

They should get the idea when following cars w/o rear lights on. That they don't, I find queer.

gta is a strange place...

half the drivers today are doing 10 km an hour on the highway with the death grip on the wheel, the other half are doing 90km/h almost taking out the slow pokes...

Love it. Everyone has the grip of death doing 20 km/h out on the highway.

I go cruising by at 100 km/h and they start flashing their lights, like im doing something wrong.

Home to Buffalo NY and back, pulling an empty trailer there, and a 1500lbs weight trailer back.

I frigging love 4x4 and Winter tires. Most confident ride in the snow so far, just have to watch my stopping distances.

Lots of cars in the ditches, 75% of them were FWD mid sized sedans, 25% were RWD vans and such. I can guarantee that most of them either a. didnt have winter, nor b. have any real experience with dealing with the car on the limit of traction and what exactly it does and how to correct it. most likely both.

A civic right in front of me didnt pay attention and right wheel dug into the side of the snow rut and just dragged him right into the side barrier. It was kinda funny watching him do exactly EVERYTHING wrong. Over steered the wheel which causes it to loose even more grip then tried applied gas, yea idiot, you already dont have any traction, lets spin the wheels, that'll help...

3 lane highway, everyone crawling at 50km/h, WHY do you and 6 others have your 4 ways on? Yea, NO **** you're going slow, we all are! Its funny watching one turn it on, then like a disease it spreads to the other cars, frigging herd mentality.

That's because you drive a 4x4 truck. You didn't end up in a ditch did you? Cause that's the story they'll make up when they tell their wives/girlfriends/post on forums when they get home. :D

i seen so much stupid on the roads today that it was truly laughable and pathetic at the same time:confused:

That's why I stay home

After today I would say 85% or more of onterrible drivers need to stay home during winter. omg there's some stupid people who are allowed to drive. 30 In an 80..... guess why? 900 years old and death grip on the wheel. With the nice line of traffic behind him we were stuck behind it for a good half an hour before being able to pass. don't think even snow tires would have helped this guy

Truly an odd phenomenon.

Casually and confidently passed a car on an open clear-of-traffic, albeit snowy road, and got the headlight "death flash" while they putter along at 30 km/h.

Jealous much?

There was a metric crapload of cars that couldn't get into the side street , out of the side street and my favorite, drive 90kms then couldn't get through the berm to get off the highway. 2wd truck, good snows and the summer rims in the back for weight, rolls around just fine.

You have to remember these are the same people who do the three lane merge from the on ramp to the passing lane (signal optional), cut someone off to get in to the passing lane, then back off to leave themselves 15 car lengths of braking room on dry pavement during the morning commute.

50 car pileup on the QEW in Miss/Oak in the afternoon. Even with winters and reasonably good driving skills in snow I stayed home. There's nothing I needed to do that couldn't wait till today.......once I fire up the blower and clear the 30+ of snow in the driveway. Gotta love living on the end of the lake when the wind's blowing from the SE.

This.

If someone makes a decision to buy a car that sucks *** in more than a light dusting of snow, then they should also concede that they should stay home... but noooooooooooooo.

I just witnessed an idiot in a F150 plow into the barrier on the 427. Same ********* that was tailgating people and cutting in and out of lanes.

I drove by slowly and clapped.

I used to put 2 bags of rice in the back of a rwd car. But I like this idea better

I was doing at least 80km/h on the 400 around 12:30am Sunday at the height of the snow fall while most others where doing 40-50. My Acura is lowered and with all season tires. Most of drivers had puzzled looks on how I could drive so fast.....noobs! :lmao: Even the guys on 4x4 trucks had a hard time keeping up with me...

You should have hit the brakes......Guard rail might have knocked some sense into you.

I did the same yesterday. I think I may have posted about it already(it was highlight of my day). I'm not sure if most drivers were puzzled, I think they thought I was just showing off. I was, kinda. It's going to be a good winter. And get this. This morning, just getting out of the driveway required several Ken Block moves. Had a couple oriental sidewalk commandos positively slackjawed. They were VERY impressed. Ya, it's going to be a good winter for sure.

Yea thats it, 4x4s cant keep up with you....where do you get this comedy material!?
