man plows through motorcyclists

Bet people in GTA will be a bit more weary of group riders now.. Especially the sport bikers. Mind you, I never see sport bikers group riding outside of L&L let alone outside the city confines

Sooo this guy, seen in most of the ROC videos which happens to be (I believe) the second guy that jumped off the bike and tried pounding the car... Is sitting on his bike again while Lien is getting stomped? What???

As the general public, its natural that they side with the SUV driver. The scary thing is that it could have happened to anyone caught in the way of the gang of bikers.

The biker gang chose to go on a Sunday group ride, they chose to ride like hooligans, they chose to surround and block the SUV, then chose to bully/intimidate the SUV driver and his family.

The only choice that the SUV driver had was either run for his life or sit around and wait to see what would happen to him and his family. Like most people, he chose to run and unforunately someone got hurt.


If you corner an animal, you are going to get bit. If you are dumb enough to surround an SUV and threaten his family, you are going to get run over.

Yes, I just caught that. Cruz is obviously, then, responsible for the initial incident. If it can be shown that he incited anyone else to act on his behalf, for example by saying something like, "Stop that guy", then he could own this whole thing.

If you think a 5500lb truck will stop as fast as a sport bike, you deserve to get run over dummy. What I see is a groupe of thugs giving us all a bad name. Did they need to cut the guy up with a blade? Fu**ing animals.
 
Apparently tough guy gangsta thug who is now paralyzed in the hospital had his license revoked in 99. That should put a nice twist on things if true.
 
If it was me with my daughter in the car I'd be hitting as mine bikes as possible and worrying about charges latter. I don't care what to say, but I'm not risking my daughter's life to find out.

that second guy turned himself in to police, but was not charged... he was allegedly trying to help the driver

the video of him trying to smash the window with his fist, and this picture of him standing idle tells a different tale altogether

They should being suing the guy that got charged, all the motorcyclists that banged on the car and the organizers of this unsanctioned event. I'm sure they know who those people were amongst their group.

They wouldn't be able to pull off that crap here in Calgary with helicopters constantly in the air and cops that beat up citizens on a regular basis.
 
Christopher Cruz was not knocked off the bike as can be seen in this photo. He was wearing white with black vest. So if the coma dude family's defense is he was helping Christopher Cruz being down than they need to see this photo which clearly shows him still on the bike and riding. Others said there's one with him on the chase afterwards too.

I miss the old days of the chopper following us out of race city. Half of those kids did deserve it though. Everyone was fast and furious but you never ever heard of this kind of behaviour

Not only was it revoked, he's banned from even getting a license until 2017. O.o

Well that right there should be the end of it. If he comes out of this alive, he should have to give up all of the names or contact info for the other ******** riding in that pack and in return he can serve his sentence and never be allowed to drive anything again.

Not quite right, based on the info released from the DMV. He had a MC learners permit in '99. He applied for another one in '00. He has never possessed a license, but has been cited on multiple occasions for illegal operation. They have him listed as a habitual offender and he isn't able to obtain a license until, I believe, 2017.
 
Either way that should be his demise. Automatically guilty of all charges and never allowed to drive again since he can't conduct himself like the rest of humanity.

I agree with you, however, he was already "not allowed to drive"...

And chances are, he won't be piloting anything but a wheelchair by how severe his injuries are. Justice served!
