man plows through motorcyclists

Maybe this was what made the RR driver feel endangered for his family. Notice the passenger window smashed in as well tire missing in front. Who reacts to an accident by pounding someone's car and slashing their tires?

If I was there with a recording device and I felt RR was guilty, my video would be uploaded.

If my video showed the events at that point that demonstate why the RR felt so endangered, I sure wouldn't be posting it.

Apparently Alexian Lien will be issuing a statement through his lawyers sometime today. It will be interesting to hear his side of the story.
 
Did the original motorcycle even get hit before the car stopped the first time?
I'm not so sure it did, and I haven't seen any reports to the contrary.
Anybody have any further information?
 
Yes apparently it did. The one piece of human scum that was arrested and charged was the idiot who tried brake checking the 5000 lb truck.

Prosecutors and police said Cruz was participating in a motorcycle rally speeding along Manhattan's West Side Highway. Cruz cut in front of a black Range Rover and, still staring at its driver, slowed down so much that the rear tire of his motorcycle bumped the front of the SUV

They guy on the white bike that brake checks the Range Rover, Chistopher Cruz, doesn't go down when the SUV touches his back tire. In the video you can see him continue to ride. That's why I don't believe all the claims that Mieses was stopped to help a downed rider.
 
Looks like the original youtube vid was pulled. Wonder if they got worried about incriminating themselves...or the crew got ****** at the dude who posted it.
 
That video is everywhere. I'm sure even the cops have it by now. Too little, too late.

I was reading another forum last night and a poster from NY was commenting that they are inspecting all sport bikes coming into the city.

There will be a very wide brush painting any of us on sport bikes for a while, especially if you are riding in groups.

Now that Gloria Allred is involved, this is really going to turn into a media circus. Watch for the vilification of the victims.

I noticed the same thing. The white gsxr that was bumped while doing the brake check stayed up; the bike didn't crash. At the last second before they make contact, you can see the nose of the Range Rover dive, indicating he braked hard.

GTAM should do it's part and shut done the Stunts and Rides section of the forum as to discourage this type of behaviour.

heck kill the forum or ban all the members...
 
Judging by the comments for all the videos posted I'm not sure Allred will gain much from this unless it's notoriety she's after. Comments seem overwhelmingly in support of the range rover driver (and rightly so from the evidence already shown). I think whoever takes Mieses case will be handling a poison chalice and if the wrong decision comes out of it there will be a huge public outcry.

What a disgusting thing to happen to the family in the range rover though. This reminds me of the swarming muggings that used to take place in the UK regularly. Pack action from a bunch of cowards.

There are many stunt riders that stunt on private property and that section is meant for them hence the section description.
