Nope.. Confirmed that it was slashed by the knife-wielding psychos in the mob that swarmed the victims' vehicle.

In this still taken from the video you can clearly see he has forced
the Range Rover over so as to occupy the same lane. As he rides along side the
drivers window he is looking inside the vehicle. Did he think his friends where
in the SUV???



He claims you can not see his brake light come on but then you don't see a
clearly visible licence plate either!
