How the hell do you get that (stated as FACT......as usual) from this?
Point is, it's not as simple as the cops picking someone out at random and tackling him out of mistaken identity. The guy was pointed out by a witness as being part of a stabbing, the guy ran when cops approached, and ran for 2-1/2 blocks. The King County Sheriff’s Office says the force used on Harris was within legal boundaries, and the outcome is “a tragic accident.” A spokesman said officers had identified themselves to Harris, but Harris pulled a hoodie over his face and ran from them. http://streetroots.wordpress.com/2009/05/25/officers-shove-puts-seattle-man-in-coma-2/
Well, there's this:

Now I'm waiting for someone to post the next tutorial on how to best go about shoplifting from stores, how to defraud the cell phone companies, and how to get gas from gas stations without paying. It's all in the same realm of behaviour.

You conveniently left out the part about there being a fight/stabbing nearby, and the cops were dressed in fatigues.
Hmmmmmm some guy catches wind of some unidentified guys in the area involved in a stabbing, then some unidentified guys in fatigues, who some witness say never identified themselves as police, yell at him then go after him, and he runs. That's a shocker.
it's this kind of thinking,"turbo' we the police can never do wrong. thats gives them the bigger than god attitude in the first place.
As opposed to the different kind of thinking among the certain usual suspects here that the police are always wrong no matter what they do?
all of the above have been stealing from the people for years. are they classified in that realm of behaviour
so without a story was the cop right or wrong?
Almost everyone in here is on my ignore list, so I don't really have anything to add.
Glad turbo found the rest of the story regarding the footage so at least both sides of the story are there.
That's pretty weak rationalization on your part. They offer a product to the public, and they charge for that product. Charging a price for a product is not stealing. If you don't like the price, you have the right of choice to buy or not buy, but you do not have the right to steal.
