Mother effer killed him in cold blood. Doesn't make any attempt to chase him (apparently this started with a routine traffic stop). Guy turns around to run (taser is dropped) and the cop makes NO effort to chase him, instead shooting at him EIGHTtimes.

Let the police apologists rage on about how the cop is innocnent(as always) and the victim deserved to die! Some poeple have a Freudian/worship like romance for authorities!

Why do people not understand that if a cop is giving directions just obey.... yes sir, no sir, 3 bags full sir. Why does everything have to be a confrontation these days. A guy is dead and another is going to spend a long time in jail costing tax payers. No one wins.

That's true, but what if the cop is breaking the law and/or telling you he's going to charge you for something you didn't do, etc. It's very hard to stand there and take it, and it happens all the time.

Guy gets stopped for broken taillight in his Benz.

Guy owes backpay child support

Guy doesnt want to get arrested so he figures something stupid like running from the police like in GTA.

Police plays GTA and tases him. Hes still running with taser off his body ("he stole it from him"... yeah...once he kept running after he received the jolt from you *******)

Police shoots him in the back 8 times. EIGHT TIMES. Thats almost like trying to stab someone repeatedly...

He goes to get the taser that had fallen off him and "plants it" near him saying he was attacked by him.

All that **** goes on video

The deceased has four children and an arrest warrant for being behind on child support payments.

Rather then get arrested and go to jail, he decided to run.

The problem today is that if you don't comply with the police, you're increasing the probability of leaving in a body-bag. You're making their work even more difficult. Even if they're putting a ******** charge, get a lawyer... fight it, and sue them later.

The problem is the police training, they gave the 12-yr old Tamir Rice with a toy gun all of two seconds before they executing him. A few years ago, he might have gotten "freeze, drop the gun". Now it's shoot first, because cops' lives are the most important.

On the same vein, if it was a white rich dude with a gun... they would de-escalate the situation and talk him down.

If you look at use of force training, admittedly in rare cases it's life or death.

Nope.. not even sure what that means tbh.. Nor did I say I think anyone deserves it. Calm down there tiger.. lol What happened to that poor man is disgusting. Period.

My surprise comes from the fact that A LOT of people in the US own guns. If blacks have to fear police are going to kill them at every turn, why wouldn't they attempt to protect themselves (even from police).. Its only natural. The 50 year old man was "just murdered"..while running away in fear..

You think its a stretch to imagine gangs of black youth just shooting at police?? There were 2 killed in NY in this way, how many more black people being murdered on camera will it take before a group of them begin to attack the police? a gun is a gun and it will hurt a policeman the same way it hurts a civilian, my "surprise" is that it hasn't happened yet, never did or does my statement imply or mean I wish it. That is something you fabricated in your mind.

Yeah. He runs away and doesnt have a weapon. Totally legit reason to shoot him and then plant the taser that was previously used ON said victim to say he was attacked by the victim.

Was running stupid? Yes.

Were 8 bullets and a murder warranted? Not at all.

He definitely wont be paying child support now (too soon?)

With any luck he will have left behind a good life insurance policy he had forgotten about with the ex as a beneficiary.
