There is a board member who is a OPP... they did that very same thing on the 401 to goats, or sheep, I can't remember. The person was sort of bragging about how many times they had to shoot at it to put it down.

i remember that day. she was proud her partner look like the terminator as she was shooting at goats. that were clearly off the road.

i had to walk away all i wanted to was hit her in the back of the head with a johnson bar.

Are you suggesting there would be some kind of repercussions for calling an officer a name which in itself is not a crime?

Does the officer's hurt feelings entitle the officer to violate the law by physically assaulting someone, unnecessarily delaying them or issuing a charge that otherwise wouldn't have been laid prior to the name calling?

That in itself is the abuse of power this thread seems to be speaking about. In any other profession, an insult can be hurled the recepient can respond in whatever manner they choose but there are consequences if the wrong choice is made.
