Absolutely could not get the rotor out. Used a universal puller without success - air and electric drivers used. Took it to TriCity on my morning break, and the mechanic did it right away - bringing him coffee and tea on my way home as a thank-you. He had a different Suzuki specific puller - took him about 5-10 minutes and some cursing but got the job done.

So, putting it back together this evening with Dan - hopefully it will go smoothly. You're welcome to supervise if you wish. ;)
After that's together, fill with fluids, tighten up airbox connections, connect gas tank and test fire. After that, replace clutch fluid. Eesh...

Tire I'm selling is the new Pilot Power 2CT 120/70/17, not the one crummy old one holding the motor in the back of my truck right now... hehehehe...
 
Oh nice. I assumed Ian was using the Suzuki specific puller. I can't come over tonight, already have plans. Good luck! Text me when you successfully fire up the trebuchet ;)
 
I think im reading the posts wrong. So SMP on the 18th will be bikes only, or bikes and cars?

If it is bikes only, i will sign up, but i can't seem to find out any info about that track day on the website of shannonville
 
they are talking about GB on the 10th, not SMP

Start packing your truck! Me and my newer camera will be there, I'm not riding...so you'd get a zillion+1 pics!

I don't know what everyone rides, so if you want pics come see the girl with the camera standing at the wall...as I don't usually take pics of people I don't know.

I have to work tommorow but I would have been there if I had noticed, get out to GB on sunday I already paid and am going to that one.

definate yes, just take it easy, don't get too crazy. But then again, I'm a bit of a lunatic

No serious crashes, someone here (I won't mention names!) decided to cut the grass just a bit...
