What was the problem with the rotor? So is the new engine all buttoned up?
Just give me a call when you get here, as per usual. What tire are you selling, that one the engine was sitting on? LOL
Absolutely could not get the rotor out. Used a universal puller without success - air and electric drivers used. Took it to TriCity on my morning break, and the mechanic did it right away - bringing him coffee and tea on my way home as a thank-you. He had a different Suzuki specific puller - took him about 5-10 minutes and some cursing but got the job done.
So, putting it back together this evening with Dan - hopefully it will go smoothly. You're welcome to supervise if you wish.
After that's together, fill with fluids, tighten up airbox connections, connect gas tank and test fire. After that, replace clutch fluid. Eesh...
Tire I'm selling is the new Pilot Power 2CT 120/70/17, not the one crummy old one holding the motor in the back of my truck right now... hehehehe...
