Just got back from the sign shop printing up the track name stickers.
Should have them tomorrow morning.

Looks like we (shop and I) miscalculated - would everyone be OK with $12 instead of $10? If not I'll eat the difference...
I'll start cutting them apart tomorrow evening. You guys will have to do final trimming to the shape you want etc.

Will be able to meet/pick them up any time after tomorrow -- anyone interested in maybe meeting at Morty's on Thursday for wings?

No worries, I'll bring all of my tools. Hopefully that big nut is the same size, or at least a size that I own.

$2 extra?? No way, are you serious?? Count me in! haha...

Morty's, naa, this week is really nice for biking so I'm going to try to lose some weight instead of gaining weight. :)
 
if a bar doesn't work and you need an impact let me know

You know 3794% more about the SV than I know hands down... what he showed in that how-to is way over my head, as I've never done anything close to that before.

If you have any time this weekend to have a peek and experiment for a little bit, let me know... I'm away Friday and Saturday, but home all day Sunday and Monday as far as I know (offered Dan some company when he goes to get his track bike, but he may be getting it earlier - that's your cue to chime in here, Dan).

Randy, Beck - your impact guns electric or air? I've got an air compressor, but it's a small one (bought it for airbrushing, tire inflation etc) and wouldn't run an air powered one very well.

Might see about riding Babs out later in the day to take some photos of you guys (off work at 12:30 on Fridays - may see about squeaking out a little earlier if possible).
Hopefully, Dave's magic motor fix works and I won't have to go pick up the other motor at Zdeno's (scheduled for July 1 too).
Other than that, probably will show depending on weather.

Think your collarbone will be strong enough by then?

I've got an air impact wrench too, but I really don't think we'll need it. It was easy to remove mine. It's not a crazy high torque.
 
you can ride with me if you don't mind leaving Thursday evening, probably go have a beer or two, stay at my rents, then head to the track friday morning

Depends on if Dave's idea for a motor fix works or not. If not, need to get the motor on the 1st. And then there's work on Friday. Doubt they'll give me the whole day off, even though I've been putting in 5-10 hours of overtime every week for the past 9 weeks (including the week I broke my collar bone!) as I have booked the 18th off.
 
Anyone else notice how dead the other forum is now that we're conglomerating over here? :?
