Definitely lucked out making it home safely. Used my luck quota for the next 17 years no doubt... so much for 6/49... :p

Just done sorting through the pics of the day. Most turned out pretty good. Have some fantastic shots of Dave and Randy. Will post up a Photobucket link once they're all up there.

Happy with the day today for sure - bested my time from 2 years ago by a ton. Felt a whole lot more comfortable on the GSXR today - will be hard to let the top end rush go when I put the Triumph on the track...

Signed up for the Racer5 Stage 4 a while back before SOAR posted up their track layouts for the year...

And now, I find they are running the configuration I despise.. Modified... CURSES!!!!! Insert long rant full of obscenities here. Repeat.
 
Oh well, I'm sure you'll make the best of it. I do like the long turn 1, but the long turn 3 on every other layout is better, IMO.
 
I like the dog leg and the full back straight, which technical also has, screaming alien wears me out, esp. in reverse

See if the Racer5 school helps me be more consistent at SMP.. will be a challenge for sure!

This of course, would be "pencilled in", allowing for weather and other assorted crap that continually pops up.

trailer is down right now after a wheel bearing blow out, not sure when it'll be back together, should be soon though.
