aweome awesome day had by all at SMP. Perfect weather, sun, good track temperature and some fresh pavement in spots really helped things along. Still quite rough and super bumpy out there. Dave put down a few cooking laps, and we both struggled a little with getting correct suspension setup to handle the roughness. The CBR has massive headshake down the straights with the stock damper which limited the top speed.
When we arrived at the track we found out one of the bearing hubs fell off, little grease spray. Once we got to waterloo, the entire bearing race was destroyed. Wonder if part of the race was defective/knocked off the cap and blew up the bearing. Happened right before home, so we made it, but it now needs fixing. So much for quality...
