The reason one is often deemed an antisemite for being against Israel is because there is no good reason to be against Israel. Israel, like all countries, has its faults but the truth of the matter is that it has the most moral military in the world and it takes great effort to reduce civilian casuality. Israel did not steal anybodies land and Israel is not actively trying to do harm to innocents.

Most of what I hear people say, including yourself, about Israel are straight out lies. Either the person saying them is simply ignorant of the reality or they are an antisemite.

If even half the stuff people say about Israel were true then I would indeed have a problem with Israel, as should everyone. The problem is that these things are not true. Israel is not doing all these horrible things it is accused of.

There is a new antisemitism that hides behind a political cloak of anti-zionism, anti-Israelism, or political activism. Proponents of this antisemitism say they are not antisemitic but the truth is that Israel has become the Jew among nations and just as individual Jews or Jewish communities have been singled out for killing a local child or poisoning a well now the State of Israel is singled out among nations for committing similar acts, even though it, like the individual Jews and communities before it, is entirely innocent. This, my friends, is what antisemitism is.

Funny you mentioned that because it seems like no matter how much youre talking ONLY about Israel's politics, they instantly play the anti-Semitic card on you. They can blow up the world and if you talk about it, all of a sudden youre anti-Semitic. I personally dont see Jews any differently than anyone else so my issue is the Israeli politics not the religion. In fact, a little thing that western media never shows is big number of Jewish communities and organizations against the state of Israel and its policies. Many Jewish rabbis have and constantly do speak out against Israel because of their horrendous acts. So being against a nations political stance doesnt make you anti-Semitic lol

The last thing most Israelis want to do is attack Iran. I don't want to do it and none of my cousins or friends want it. The current Israeli Government certainly doesn't want it. Currently several of my cousins are a part of the Israeli Government and I can assure you that great efforts are being taken to avoid just such an outcome. Prepare for the worst but hope for the best.

Many of Israel's Arab allies (believe it or not, Israel has good secret relations with, for example, Saudi Arabia) would like to see Israel attack Iran but Israel does not want to. Believe me.

Great points however id like to mention that Iranian people (not the government or their herd) are NOT religious and most of the younger generation dont even consider themselves muslims. So for Iranian people, its not even an issue of religion.
