I've been having this weird tailbone and lower back pain lately, occurring right after I have been sitting for a long time, making life a literal PITA.
Affecting riding and life in general, so I stopped riding for a bit as a precaution.
Even with all the core exercises and clean diet...turns out I was neglecting parts of the anatomy....a couple days of very slow and careful hyperextension exercises and im back to normal...one more exercise to add to the core repertoire.
We spend so much time sitting these days(work, home, motorcycle) its very easy to ignore and weaken all these muscles, leading to issues/problems/injuries etc
Also remember a while back I used to get this shoulder pain randomly(doing normal everyday stuff or riding), some bench presses later, its all gone
