Every bit helps, you just won’t get optimal results if you also have a steady diet of junkWife 'trains' with Anna Lewandowska...

It doesn't matter how much you train...if you wolf down a bag of potato chips / cookies / whatever at 10-11pm...no amount of sit-ups, pullups, or running is going go help.
We could, but today the whole family is down for the count and some of the family members came down with something. I was able to knock out some sets for my 5x5 program…but barely.@GreyGhost and @mimico_polak you could also get them to workout with Zuzka
i think she used to live in canada for a while and she was doing the whole Body Rock thing, break up with the guy happened and she started her own thing
shes been pumping out content for as long as i can remember (probably 15 years +)

Do you slow down the progress to 10 and 5 when you start stalling or do you change the rep schemeReaching the upper limit of my barbell shoulder press exercise at 94lbs.
Squat is raising 20lbs / iteration.
Bench press is going up nicely at 10lbs / iteration.
Love the 5x5 for the simplicity and speed. Plus did a nice 4km walk tonight as found time away from the zoo in the house.
Once I start struggling I slow down the progress to 5lbs versus 10lbs.Do you slow down the progress to 10 and 5 when you start stalling or do you change the rep scheme
No electric for me. I’ve had 3 snowblowers, my first was my dad’s, made in 1970. Retired in 2000 after 30 years. Second came from FIL, Made in 1985, retired 2021, 36 years. Bought my first new snowblower in 2022, I’ll be too old to use it before it dies. Thanks for the review @PrivatePilot. My snowblower purchased from @nobbie48 seems to be going well also. But not sure how much longer.
Once that thing dies I’m considering moving to electric instead of gas.
Leaf blower, mower, and trimmer are still gas but that won’t change for a while as they’re all in good shape.
Well as I said the one I bought is OLD…but damn thing won’t quit!No electric for me. I’ve had 3 snowblowers, my first was my dad’s, made in 1970. Retired in 2000 after 30 years. I haven’t had a battery tool last more than 6 years.
Lastman called in the Army. I called in Craftsman. 1999.
Yowza 45”!? Where’s the link for it?My 20yr old Cub Cadet that I sold last Spring is still going strong. Just saw it pop up for sale as it’s too big for the new owner (45” and yeah it’s heavy).
Replacement Ariens is matchy-matchy orange to my Stihls and KTM’s. Anyone want to trade their Kubota for a JD?
what about skiing for yourself? One kid wants to learn snowboarding. No walkers allowed on lifts. That means hill repeats for dad for the first few outings. Once they have the hang of it, I can bring a board and use the lift. I am very out of practice on a board and do not trust myself holding onto a kid while riding.
