Did you exercise today?

Trade up for a full rack...it doesn't take up much more floor space than a half rack.. and is much more versatile.
Problem isn’t the floor space but the basement height. Most full racks don’t fit height wise.

I got mine custom made because of this issue. Works out well, welds thankfully haven't failed.

This one is 81".. optional lat attachment.

I looked into full racks before but once I put on the lat attachment it wouldn’t leave space to walk between the WFH office.

Unfortunately the space is tiny so I’m very limited. Hence the use of the Spud Inc pulley system.

This is my Northern Lights model. The lat attachment doesn’t stick out vary far and is lower than the monkey bar (yellow). It also comes with a low pulley as well.

Bike to work this morning in a balmy 0C

This is what I'm originally thinking of for a lat pulldown station....

Friend recommended I buy myself some rubber bands and use that as a stop gap...but not sure those are the best answer for my needs.

Maybe if I do some re-organization here I can make it work...

A friend has these and is offering to sell to me for $500...but not sure I'm convinced yet.

Seems like a great options....but very pricey. Although it takes up almost no space.

Havent been posting here as much, but rest assured, still training on the regular, did some hack slides today

Picked up one of these for $50. Missing the remote and it’s a bit awkward at first as you step in front to speed it up, step near the back to slow it down, and walk in the middle.

My wife bought one of those where you power it yourself (no motor). Been sitting in the basement for a year..if anyones interested i can get you the details. Getting her to post it for sale is like pulling teeth...pick your battles..
