Covid booster

I'm thinking most of the 580 dead would have chosen to suffer vaxxing if they got a mulligan. Sadly it's too late for them, you only die falling on your sword once.
and lung cancer patients tend to quit smoking….what’s your point ? People react to what’s happening to them not what could happen

My SIL is stuck in a resort in MX right now, her travel party started getting sick a few days into their vacation. All double vaxed, 5 tested positive and are locked in their rooms for 14 days. She is the only triple vax and the only negative.

Small sample size, but consistent with advice.

and the raptors GM is triple vaccinated and got infected….again your experience doesn’t apply to all

That is my sort of my point. I'll fix your observation: Smart people react to what could happen, not just what's happening...

Had some good luck. Some of the people who booked before they were supposed to, got bumped. I'm now in for Jan 2nd.

There is a push, but people don’t read the information that’s put out. That’s the issue. How many times have you heard of anyone that’s read this Healthy Living - Canada.ca or any of the links in that document? Messaging is terrible plus the same people that are saying “you can’t tell me what to do” with respect to COVID are the same ones that say the same thing with respect to those guidelines.

As for eradicating diseases it’s not easy and it’s not a conspiracy to push treatments for symptoms (which is actually easier to develop in most cases).

I can prove it with one simple example. Malaria is one of the biggest killers in the world. It also happens to be a bit of a pest in many of the countries that the US military/government has invaded/had skirmishes in over the years. The biggest investor in malaria research in the US is the US military in conjunction with pharmaceutical companies. We still don’t have a reliable cure for malaria.
Malaria is mostly a poor people disease, unlike HIV.

Malaria is mostly a poor people disease, unlike HIV.

It’s also a disease that stops a large expensive military from doing what it wants to do in some countries!

I went to a medical conference in the US once. The number of speakers and attendees in military uniform was eye opening.

so you are extremely fit , eat well , are an appropriate weight cause you know that will help you live a long healthy life?or are you one of the not smart people

hold on , you said she was positive in your other post. So moving the goalposts to fit your narrative I guess?

My wife is positive, SIL is her sister.

I cement my goalposts.

Nope, not extremely. But I'm reasonably good on those things.

With respect to smart... think about it for a second. In round numbers, 50% of the world has below average smarts yet most of them were smart enough to get vaccinated.

For most people it was the luck of where they were born, not their smarts.

Most of them were compliant and or forced..,.nothing to do with smarts, the majority people who I meet tell me they did it to travel or go to restaurants….. that doesn’t sound like smart reasons .

All that does is confirm which side of average you hang with.

assuming makes you what again? you assume you are above average? That means you aren’t. Hubris , smugness and arrogance is always below average . Also having thousands of posts on a forum doesn’t equal being above average, that’s way below any example of high achieving. No one of any value to the world would spend as much time as you do posting on a forum …Stop throwing stones it doesn’t make you look better.

It really depends on what you’re throwing stones at. A disingenuous petulant conspiracy theorist is fair game.
