I'm sure there are civic's out there that can beat a 600 and up SS. What I don't get is why they would take a $5000 car and drop $15000 into it to make it reasonably quick. For $20000, you can get a 90 300ZXTT, drop $10,000 into that, have a way better looking car, and over 600HP.

Just my 2 cents. And if this race happens, let us know. I'll bring the 24. :D

it's called sleeper cars... for the unsuspecting ppl who think they got better cars...

I was on the 401 westbound trying to get to the right side to get on the ramp to the 403 and this 4-droor jetta was just boxing me out. I gassed it and thought that would be enough without shifting down, we we're head to head and I didn't pull past him :shock: then I heard a woosh... darn waste gate blow off valve from the jetta emitting the excess gas. So, yeah, some cars can actually keep up with bikes :oops:

he's just trying to get a reaction outta you...technically, most bikes are chick bikes...cause I've seen alot of girls on R6s, GXR 600s, R1s, etc.

good Fu^&*( job man ide do the exact same thing there is no greater enjoyment i get the biggest laugh looking at their upset faces. you think that good old callaway is fast have you see the lingenfelter 427 tt vette C5. it does 0-60mph in 1.8 sec. i think it was motor trends fastest ever tested car. beat the f 18 up till like 200 or somthing and is capeable of 250. search it up on the net under lingenfelter 427 tt. i think its an 01.

I,ve beat civic Si 's with a 12 year old 750 cruiser, once with a lady friend on the back. No way anything street legal could beat a 600 sport bike.
 
Guys!

Bikes are fast, but cars can be also.. Before I purchased my bike, I watched my friend destroy an 2002 F4i (TWICE) from 70km to 270kms on the highway. My friend was in a 550hp Toyota Supra whch is a VERY heavy car.

I've been in, and helped build many 400+hp Honda, and personally own a 500hp Mazda Miata. The car only does 260ish top speed, but has run the quarter @ 11.20 with 400hp on a street radial. Even though I own a bike, I would like to see how my car stacks up.. I'll probably end up letting a buddy drive my bike (2002 R6 with 15F/49R Sprockets), and i'll drive my car.

Don't doubt some of these cars, they can be monsters...
 
Alright who is this "UNTOUCHABLE" guy that I have read about. I have a 10 sec street civic and an r6 bike. I will race him with both for big $$. Anyone knows him you tell him to msg me on here. Gotta put an end to all these myths and bring in some facts.

By the way Mike P was the King with a super bad hatch back in the day.
Been out of the scene for a few years so no clue what's up now.
