7 personal days and 6 sick days. All Federal employees got 10 sick days (if I'm not mistaken), so the union wants to negotiate to get those 4 applied to us as well.
On top of holidays.
But CP aren’t federally employees really are they , crown Corp sure , but they pay corporate taxes and run like a real business , sort of . We want autonomy, but all the benefit stuff too .
