I heard that same promise from the Liberals before (Chretien).. Hasn't happened and I don't expect for them to fulfill it.. As for Justin, he's a non-factor.. A pinup... Doesn't have enough on his resume to prove that he's capable of running a lemonade stand, not to mention a G8 country. Just a front for other interests in his party, banking on his youth and his last name.

I'm not sure he's a non-factor but for sure the fact he has no experience on anything and is running on his fathers coattails (any trudeau mania voter is no better than any ford nation idiot).

Chances are he will win the election. The "non-factor" was reference to his personal influence on policies once they vote him into the office. His rectum is already being stretched for arm insertion.

I have one word for you on that matter; Obama.
Most people seem to be tired of the constant crap, in Canadian politics. They want change. They want vision. They look back fondly at the past. The name Trudeau has resonance for them. The Conservatives have managed to alienate many small c conservatives, like myself, due to their morally bankrupt policies and behaviour. They've used our own money to advertise what a good job they've done, had higher budgets than their predecessors even before the economic crisis hit, and want to send us down the same route that the Americans have already found out the hard way doesn't work, where law and sentencing is concerned.
It's not hard to believe, for me at least, that people would look fondly at a name, that harkens back to a more presperous time for this country.
