buying a house

Didn't something like this happen during ww2?

Was mostly a New England thing, blue star meant son/daughter serving, gold star meant a son/ daughter serving had been lost.

These days it just means your too lazy to take the goddam Christmas decorations down.

LOL, I was looking for those stars and so far haven't seen none, someone else told me that as well.

I've lived in a Tribute built home on the east side of Brooklin and can tell you two things. One,Tribute may not be the best builder around but they are certainly not the worst and yes,Brooklin is a haven for yummy mummies. As a matter of fact I've just hooked up with one.If the Walmart at Taunton and Brock had a liquor licence and a pole you wouldn't be able to get me out of there.Lots of seiously hot women there in middle of the day.

Yea, I am trying to behave and stay away from my previous life, getting married July 1st.

Coming along nicely. 2 by 6 exterior walls, nice. Holee crap you've got a ton of windows going into that mansion!

Congrats ZX, coming along nicely.

Make sure they grind the joints on your aspenite floor. Aspenite doesn't take too well to water, esp when it pools up and sits there.

Also, the spacing looks very tight on your floor joists, so this is good. Make sure they screw it down nice and good before flooring.

Keep it up with the pics!

You're missing the anti-aircraft gun turret in the roof. Poorly designed...
Ha but when the Zombies attack, I'm shooting them down from there

Who will be laughing then? Eh

IMG00144-20120401-1457.jpg?This section of your roof is of concern. Maybe the picture doesn't do it justice but from this angle it appears to be a trap for water flowing into the wall or ice and snow buildup causing leaking problems in the future? Is there a small slope that prevents this that can't be seen in the pic? The house seems to be coming along quite nicely nevertheless.

I'm not sure but I will take a pic of a finish home same as mine and show you next week

Ya. A view directly from the front should show it clearly. Is that balcony on the second floor accessible or is it just for show? I can't make out a door to access it
