Based on the main fuse panel vintage, the types of wires and the type/style of house early 80s, or most likely 70s (or maybe late 60s). Old "cloth" NMD60 (the telltale for me) coming out of the main panel mixed with some BX and lots of NMD90 (white/yellow) in the mix (added later), a couple small sub panels, one fuse with a knife switch and one small newish breaker sub I could see. I do not see any K&T. IME bare copper ground may just be to the nearest water pipe and not always to before the water meter like now (there were no water meters when these were built, metal pipe and done). Maybe it was not there mabye it was but it was not what they were calling the gorund...
I tried to get a screen grab but the streaming apps are on to that (comes up blank). No ifs, ands or buts electrician is holding a length of 14/2 Romex (white sheath) with the hot and neutral maretted together and calling it the cut ground for the service....
