Working out! Fitness! Nutrition!

@mina that is impressive! I just want to have dinner planned for the week, so I'm not doing last minute throw together crap for dinner or lunch.
The closest I get to that is chopping some veggies, and hard boiling eggs.
But I guess that is one reason that I am still a fat bashtard.

Curious as to what "smashing" McDonald's means. Pretty sure it doesn't come close to one of my meals.

to smash is a british adjective that means

that food was a good smash

she was a good smash

Ah, when I've used it, it's more like "I smashed 3 Big Mac combos and chased it with a McDouble, a McChicken and a double chocolate fudge sundae".

How did you know?

It actually bothers me a lot if all 5 containers are not the same.

Anyways, I just finished meal prepping for this week.

2 days of beef stir fry, sautéed mushrooms and semi-boiled veggies. 2 medium size containers of cucumbers and tomatoes with some balsamic vinegar on the side.
3 days of baked chicken breast fillet, sautéed mushrooms and semi-boiled veggies. 3 containers of 2 slices of blue cheese with 4 pieces of wholegrain rye crispbread.
2 apples as snacks for each day and 1 Kellog's Vector (11g protein) peanut bar.
1 boiled corn cob for everyday as well. I love corn.

I plan on going to the gym in the early mornings again so I will have some oatmeal about 30-45 minutes before and an omelette as a post work out meal.

Has anyone worked out any of the ymca? Do they have a proper gym or is just machines?
They're all different. If you're still in Oshawa the one there is decent as is the one in Cobourg.

That sounds damn good - when can I come by for lunch? :)

This lifetime gym that opened up in Vaughan reminds me of this:

If someone doesn't mind, if you're doing a split share your workout with me. Preferably an hour long and I'll most likely add a couple bi/tri/forearm exercises into the mix as well.

Sorry I meant to add, share your SHOULDER workout with me

I did the Texas Method for a while, but the only shoulder dedicated exercises you need are OHP (or overhead DB press if your shoulders don't like OHP) and some kind of rear delt exercise to balance out your shoulders from the bench press. Face pulls are pretty popular for that or you can do the reverse fly on fly machines, although if you do bent over rows or something that incorporates the rear delts decently as well.

tl;dr - if you do sufficient back/lats work to balance out the pecs, all you need to do is OHP

That's what I'll start doing then is the reverse flies. Usually for shoulders I just do overhead dumbell press, overhead press, shoulder raises and shrugs which are more traps than anything.

I'll start doing the reverse flies though I completely forgot about them.

Sausage Egg McMuffin was found to be one of the best breakfast fast food options by Eat This Not That!, so technically, you are eating healthy. And if there's no sausage than you are one of those healthy vegetable type people.
Fyi I used to look like you in my 20's (sans skinny jeans)
I also frequented the McDonald's on the regular. Shyte catches up.
Time for some early morning Shut Up - Stormzy on repeat while I work out. And by work out, I mean nap.
