Not sure if it's something specific or the overall profile, but I find Orange Tried gives me a very noticeable boost in energy

I know I'm pretty late jumping in the thread here, but when I was using them certain ones would drain me too. I tried the Ephedrine + Caffeine stim method and it drained me like crazy, I could nap after taking it

But, alas, not everything works for everyone. About 20 years ago I tried the ECA stack for about 6 months. 9 ephedrine pills a day (900 mg?) And working out 4 times a week. Saw average weight loss and still tired as f**k all the time. Ymmv

If anyone is interested, I have a full box of non-stim vitapak and about 3 weeks worth in another. I'm going to have to try something else as these really decrease my energy. $50 takes all.
 

This guy sounds like the gym version of snowcat. The only time I laughed was when he did the Jason Blaha breathing. Other than that, I wonder if this dude would go up to anyone and say this **** to their face. Or at least help them with their form.

The only decent people I watch on Youtube who vlog about gyms are Luimarco, Athleanx and Bios3Training. Sometimes I'll watch Rich Piana for the lols.

This guy, Vegan Gains, Train to look good naked, Blaha all act like losers behind a camera.

Today some guy was using a Smith machine as a leg press. Walked by shaking my head I'm sure he saw.

Man I hope no one takes pics of me, I naturally have skinny calves because I play soccer and do long distance running, but can still calf raise 100lbs over my body weight.

Yeah whats wrong with that, sometimes we'll see who has the best towel slap too.
I usually lose as I am the bigger target.

Does anybody meal plan? I've found that if I don’t write that out and shop for it, we end up eating a lot of junk/ fast food etc. Or food gets wasted. If anyone has links to some good weekly meal plans, I'd appreciate it. Some vegetarian is okay, but we are carnivores.

what i dont understand about the pic is why would someone get a double calf tat with no other visable tattos, workout your upper body and not get some pump on your legs so u dont look like a complete ****ing Ham lol

Though I must admit, I kind of fell off the wagon the last 2-3 weeks. I've been eating quite a bit of unhealthy food and haven't been going to the gym. Today is the last day of my hiatus, meal prepping tonight and gym runs early in the am from now on.
 
I meal prep for work. I don't prep for days off but 5 of my 7 meals on those days are always the same but require little prep.

been smashing mcdonalds for last two weeks. still have abs
Curious as to what "smashing" McDonald's means. Pretty sure it doesn't come close to one of my meals.
