PLau...dammit you're right. Cottage is in Wasaga so I'll have to check their weather. Good catch!

Today was warmer than yesterday, but felt colder to me on my commute. Weird...

The thermometer on my bike said it was about 3 degrees warmer than yesterday (IIRC) but it was sunny this AM. To me it felt warmer than yesterday There was quite a bit more wind so perhaps if you don't have much wind protection that might have chilled you a bit.

Im fortunate that I commute on my bike and have a wife that loves riding and also has her own bike. We ride almost every weekenD N
d have done a few riding trips as well. I also don't hesitate to go on side trips. I left work at 8 pm this eve and instead of the 80 km ride home I did a side trip errand and ended up doing about 120 km. Not a biggy but nice just the same.

I love riding!

its just that i got a 2012 bike also and i got little over 3000 kms this season and i thought i did some rideing as last year i had 2011 bike(cbr250r) and only did little over 2000 kms and ended up trading it in last november for a 2012 gsxr. i am from india and motorcycle is a much more common and practical method of transportation there and hugely popular also as almost every male over 15 years of age rides a motorcycle especially in the countryside and not many people i knew who rides bike everyday throughout the year as its a tropical country would have that kind of milage on their bike in even 5 years.

Took the short ride to the office this morning. Not the least bit uncomfortable. Will take the long way home this afternoon.

Tomorrow is put-away day. I'll ride for maybe an hour, get things good and warm, come home and do the oil/filter and general prep for storage. I don't think there will be many more "comfortable" days left this year.

Sorry to hear that!

Decided to ride today and low-sided a block from my house LOL. It seems there was a thin layer frost on the road... The sun hadn't hit that section yet and it felt slippery even to my boots after I got up. Luckily I didn't break anything...

Not what I'd call a LOL situation....

today is my last day officially. Tomorrow i'll give her a good wash, lube chain, fill up gas, stabilizer and bye bye till next year :(

today the bridgestone r10 hard compounds were actually sticking to the road instead doing rolling burnouts.

I just did 6 hrs today running errands/collecting things to do for when I do put the bike away. Comfortable enough to go the full day - Then again, double layered everything.

Already changed the oil on the bike a few weeks ago and took out the battery
Weather didn't look like it was getting any warmer, but with tomorrow's forecast it's gonna be hard to pass up
Hope it's warm enough to ride without glove liners, can't seem to find any locally
