Im glad im not the only one whos uses that insult!

Heh, Simpsons reference too. Given all the condos, I guess CHAD would be more accurate.

Man, it is crazy-golden-beautiful today--first November 11th that wasn't totally miserable (at least in my lifetime). Lest we forget, thank the vets for our freedom to ride and the banker/government holiday for light traffic.

Nice rides today, went out to Guelph and said hi to some folks. Though for me far too much of the ride was after dark.

Could have lived without the section of wet, grooved pavement (featuring occasional bigger, deeper grooves on a diagonal to the lane, that almost catch your tires! Fun!) on the 401 on the last leg home.

Rode in today. No 20km loop around town though, straight to work. Surprised to see 2 other bikes parked there. #fellowlunatics

I took advantage of the nice weather yesterday to go for a little pre-winterizing oil change/chain lube ride. Bike is now hibernating. :)

I thoroughly enjoyed riding in today as well. Next week is looking cold (below freezing for daytime highs) but, as long as we avoid snow and freezing rain, I'll take adavantage of my heated liner and grips.

Rode yesterday with my bro-in-law. Did a nice 200+ KM route which included the Niagara Parkway from beginning to end. Lots of other riders out too. I would have ridden to work today but I had to wear a suit and tie...hard to put gear over that without getting wrinkly!

Keeping it real at 4 degrees! Looks like the dip is coming, so it's time to dig out the tender and tools. I'll keep rolling as long as I can, though I'm not keen at trusting my safety to someone's balding all-season tires.

Also: is there a recent popular song that praises driving at night without head/tail-lights? Seems to be quite a few people with only DRLs on.

American cars, imported improperly.

Yep. That's it for me. After this morning and right now I think that's it. No heated grips or gloves is getting the better of me. I think yesterday was a sign from the motogods "this is your last nice day to ride then it's over"

Nice ride yesterday up to Lindsay and back, will keep it available for sudden urges on clear days. Last winter was the first in a long time when I was unable to ride at least once in every month of the year. However, did have to replace a really rusty brake banjo fitting this summer from previous winters' rides.

Didn't see you out yesterday, but there was a yellow ss going back and forth on Napa in the afternoon.

Yesterday doesn't count! It was like 15 out!!

I saw a few dozen bikes putting around yesterday but none today except 1 other bike in the bike paddock at work.

I know unfortunately I didn't go out. I had class and it was cancelled so I didn't end up commuting and then I spent the remainder of the time doing readings for school or else I would have went out

Decided it might be time to start winterizing the Burg, so I took the car today. Got back tonight and the scoot was nearly encased in ICE! Brrr. Scarier than Halloween.

Hard core time tho the roads are still okay. I'm tempted on the weekend just to see how the warm gear really works in chilly weather..haven't been out below 6 in it yet. I suspect feet are the problem.

I think my last day is tomorrow, I've been commuting to school (class from 5pm to 9:30pm) everyday and have yet to use my car. However, it seems like the bad weather has caught up to us....Sad part is I'm 150km shy of hitting my 10k km goal too!

Here's a part of my ride today at 5pm
