What did you do in your garage today..?

Check the fuse in your vehicle. I was in your position when I got my trailer-in-a-bag and didn't think to check the SUV fuse because everything worked before with my other trailer. I was having bulb problems and there must have ben a short within the housing that blew the fuse.
Hadn't thought of that. As I recall the installer fed it off the lights in the rear...but could be the fuse.

He's coming to install a hitch on my Volt this week so I'll just ask him at that time.

EDIT: Turns out there's 4 fuses required. I'll check them tomorrow morning.

1 x 10A (inline)
1 x 30A (in car)
2 x 7.5A (in car)

And they're all easily accessible according to this...

Finally have the forks back on the bike, tire is on, new brake pads and everything seems good. I still have to do rear brake bads but that won't be too difficult. Hopefully that's it for the SV650. The blackbird shouldn't need anything. Once I give both bikes an oil change, I'm ready for the season.

Washed the DRZ and went for a quick 30min ride this afternoon, came back and noticed the rear tire is shot.

Ordered a Michelin Pilot Street from Fortnine. Gonna give it a go at swapping the tire out myself.

My Z900 is ready!

- Installed some engine covers
- EBC front brake pads
- typical maintenance (tire pressure, clean chain etc)
- brand new front and rear tires (Bridgestone Battlax Sport-Touring T32)

Most of my gear is here

- Shoei arrived
- TCX arrived
- Gloves are MIA

Put the winter toys away. The Kawi got rolled out washed, started and run out of gas then siphoned the tank. SnoRunner wouldn't start so I drained the tank, disassembled it and hung it back up from the ceiling. It only has a Tilitson pumper carb so I can't see it holding much gas.

Thought about washing the killer but they look better with some mud.

Brought the SV650SA project out to finish. Seems the non abs battery is larger than the abs model battery. Just enough the seat doesn’t go back on. Time to battery shop.

Also helping the neighbor with a poor running Jeep. Think we found the problem. All six plugs looked the same.

A little pre-ignition going on there, hate to see the top of the piston. If the plugs are all the same, ragged ends suggest an additional problem (in addition to being old plugs).

I'd make sure those are the right plugs for the engine. If they are correct, check the fuel mixture isn't too lean, and that the engine is cooling right (not running hot).

262K on the vehicle. Filter was nasty. Quicky lube oil changes. Still missing online says coil can be mostly bad but through no codes.
If all the plugs were ragged, that suggest lean condition. Did you check to see if it had the right plugs? What car is it?

Mine has 277K and although I change the plugs and filter regularly I've never cleaned the MAF sensor (didn't even know cleaning it was a recommended thing).
Cleaned mine today and it was pretty gross indeed.
