What did you do in your garage today..?

I effectively did that when I took a PH2 bit on an extension. Hit it with a hammer a few times and it seated.

Then the screw just turned with minimal force.

Now to just make sure I don’t strip them on the other saw as that’s the good one!
Maybe try to measure the thread and the length. Just so you know what kind of screw you would need in case you need a replacement.

I’ve got the parts book available so worst comes to worst…I’ll find it. Plus I only stripped 1-2 of the screws on the bad saw…so still have good screws from there lol

Generator is working properly again. Pilot jet was plugged.

I've always been annoyed that honda combined fuel shutoff and ignition kill. Now that I've actually dug into it, they included a drain screw an hose routed outside the enclosure so you can dump the bowl easily. That has been done now so I shouldn't have this problem again.

I'll order a carb rebuild kit for the KTM and see if I can sort the fuel overflow issue on it over the winter. For now I've drained fuel on both dirtbikes and changed oil. They've now swapped places with the snowmobiles.

Fak. Tried to fire up the Scrambler to get the fuel stabilizer in the system.

Battery dead and I can’t find my tester so it’s on tender now. Hopefully it livens up again.

Drop it off and I can try the magic chinese battery fixer.
Will do! Should be passing by on Sunday.

I'm in the midst of returning all the unused tools / materials to HD so I'm sure my voltage meter will show up, and I expect it to be low. $150 for a replacement so not as bad as the YUASA for the 500X @ $250.

Lithium is cheap enough now I would do that.
