What did you do in your garage today..?

Think I’m going to have to replace the blower motor on the odyssey shortly. Makes a clicking noise when turned on. Either something is loose, something broke, or something is touching a fan blade.

Works well just annoying and I’m 99% sure it’s not covered by extended warranty.

Nice thing to come back to…
A clicking noise can also be the blend door actuator.
Your vehicle should have a few of these - most likely one or more of the plastic gear teeth have broken off causing it to slip until the next tooth gets caught when its in use.

Interesting. Haven’t considered that. I was thinking blower motor because it happens regardless of where the air blows and can hear it through all the vents.

I may need one of those stethoscopes to isolate better.

Thanks!

Pulled apart my shock the other day. Rebuilt with new valving, shim stack, seal head, bump stop, and bladder. Old oil was pretty skunky. Still had nitrogen in it after 37,000km.

It actually has rebound damping now! Yay! No more pogo stick.

Forks are next. Upgraded valving to come.

Finally got cruise back and warning lights off on the van new software update for my programmer. Was afraid I was going to have to take it to a dealer to screw up worse.

That's all remarkably cheap. We need some pics.

Yeah, I'm amazed at how cheap stuff is. It cost me more for tires than a full top end (cylinder, piston, bearing, wrist pin and gaskets).

Before top speed was 52kmh, I'm hoping for 70kmh with the new big bore kit & rejetting. I have a fatty pipe, if it's not too loud I'll use that too. It's gonna live on the swim platform of my boat, mobility when I'm in port.

Interesting note... no safety required! It's classified as a moped, so all I needed was insurance to get it plated.

That'd be nice!

I have a great view of my garbage bin, and my back sliding door...

Ventilation, light, and to see if my wife is calling me inside.

Airbox looks like it has a waterline in it from all the monsoon stuff last June in New Brunswick and Manitoba.
