I really hope they can return the show to it's Season 1 calibre. Ever since the behind the scenes crap with the director and producers, the show kinda went off the rails. I got stuck halfway through season 3 and just couldn't watch anymore.

I'm hoping this season brings it around and I have a reason to watch again.

The roof breaking was a tad off. Roof are typically steel deck, would take a while to rust out. And considering there are no roof units the roof was prob designed for the weather and the weight of a small maintenance crew + tools. Not a 1.5 ton helicopter.

As for the story line. Isn't it loosely following a comic book series? (I haven't read them so going by hearsay)

The comic and the show went different ways a little while ago.

I really liked the show... watched that first episode yesterday and the zombies are sooo friggin' fake... don't know what was different before, but this show is quickly going nowhere IMHO.

Watched the entire first season. It was a great series but I didn't have time to finish off the other seasons. I'm a first season type of watcher. Dexter- 1st season, How I met your mother- 1st season. That's it for me. Life's too short!

There was too many SFX sound additions during the roof scene. Other parts of the Walking Dead seem well executed (make up and props) but the "squish" sounds and the flopping zombie parts were more "fake" than usual. =/

Nope, mutated strain of Swine Flu! The writers on this show are just plain sadistical.

good question....perhaps the same person feeding the walkers?

I think someone that got absorbed from Woodbury is probably still loyal to the Governor, trying to de-stabilize the happy little home they've got there

There was a blood trail.
If they had died from the sickness like the kid it would have been instant, not able to get them selfs out, find gas and a lighter and ignite them selfs.
They were killed in there cells, dragged out, laud side by side and lite on fire.
That's how it looked to me anyway :).

Isn't Miccone a strong character?
Why was she such a wussy in this episode. Story & characters are inconsistent. Losing interest in this show

crawled, or dragged.. probably dragged after being murdered by the amount of the blood that was in the cell
